The front office was beyond helpful and patient. We weren’t sure what we needed so she took us to several possible units then back again to be certain. The set up process was streamlined and easy. Security procedures make me feel confident that my belongings are safe as well. The units are clean and they take into account big and rodent treatments which prior storage facilities have never done. I am so glad our usual facility was full and we found Derrel’s.
The price for the space is reasonable but with the promotion it was very affordable!

Extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The entire property is so clean and spotless. Prices are extremely affordable. Definitely recommended already to friends and family. Will be using again in the future.

The manager was very pleasant and nice. He was extremely helpful and answered my many questions. I felt like he took an interest in his renters. The security for my unit gave me peace of mind. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone.

The woman we worked with was helpful and friendly. we asked her to physically show us 3 different sizes of units and she did so happily even though it was the end of the day. I am looking forward to continuing good experiences with this company

We originally had a POD but we decided to downsize to a small unit. I used to have a unit many years ago with Derrel’s and I was very please with it back then. I was able to do everything online which was easy and the rate was great. When I came to the office the staff was sweet and very professional. Thank you
