We bought a storage unit from an online auction and when we went to pick it up we noticed fresh shadow lines in the tool chest. Do not buy storage units from them through online auction. We feel robbed and have no idea how much was taken. They do go through them before you get them. Very shady husband and wife employees

It was good, convenient and nice. I needed a storage room and had it for 3 or so years. When I didn't need them anymore, plus the yearly rising of price; I went, took my stuff out and closed my account. No issues. If I need them again, I'll be back.

I been at derrels for about 2 yrs and hands down they are the best very helpful and polite.. I was at my storage one night and a broke my key in the trunk they let me keep my car there over night and they had an auction that next morning they could have easily had my car towed away but they didn't and I was late getting there the next morning auction had started and everything... so I WONNA say thank you for your time and patiences with me on that day... YOU GUYS ARE THE BESTFIVE ⭐ STARS HANDS DOWN KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AND WONDERFUL PEOPLE SKILLS...

We have had a wonderful experience the people that work at Darrell's Mini Storage on Demaree in Visalia California are wonderful generous and hospitable people though the Daryl's Mini Storage on Caldwell not so much the man was rude

Liz and James went above and beyond to meet my needs, such sweet people to do business with, I needed a unit asap and they had a unit but it was not cleaned yet due to it just being vacated, james went out there right away and cleaned it so I would be able to have it!! Very clean property! Definitely would recommend them to everyone I know needed storage!
