All staff that I have interacted with have been very friendly and seemingly hardworking, despite having people upset with them. They get the job done and have always been very kind.

Ordered live animals and sat in my front room for 4 hours only to look outside and see the driver left a note which means he didn't knock on my door. Or even ring the doorbell. Us ups

Spent extra cash for a two day delivery of a needed important mechanical part. On delivery date, driver drove past me as I waived. Saturdays …I presumed were less hectic. Called customer service they said “ gated community “ caused delay. Until I mentioned the driver was 12 feet away.Now Monday nothing….. Lost 3 days worth of “down time” thus far. Lesson ….never ever never count on this business. Amazon prime …heads up! Your still number #1.

Delivery driver claimed they attempted Delivery which never happened. I then requested it to be kept at this facility so I could just pick it up. I received notice that my package was ready and when I got there, I was told by their employee that it now has a 20 minute hold. I wait 20 minutes and come back to be told, it's not ready and they don't know when it will be ready because now he's busy and has other things to take care of. My item was a cold food item that was supposed to be overnight shipped and now ive had to just refund it. I've never had such horrible customer service anywhere in my life. I will avoid dealing with FedEx from now on anytime I can, just terrible all around service.

Weekend: The absolute worst customer service at the airport location occurs on the weekends. The surly woman is usually busy chatting in the back room, wanders out when she's good and ready, and appears annoyed to have to scan a package and give me a receipt. Would be one star, except for the weekday staff. Weekday: I wish these people covered the weekend shift. Personable, efficient. It's a night and day experience.

I specifically called and made sure that my package was ready and that I would have everything I needed to pick up my package. When I got here the guy said he would have to look for it and that it would probably be best to wait until they deliver it 4 days from now. I told him I called FedEx and they said everything was ready to go. This guy went back for about 5 minutes or less and all I could hear him say was goodbye to all of his buddies and then came back and said he couldn't find it and that I would be better off waiting again. This guy came across lazy and unhelpful. He had minimal will to actually wanna help me. When asked why FedEx told me it was ready he stated that it was because they are all from another country and don't know how it works here. I said so then can I just call you guys directly and he said no, you have to call the FedEx number. The same number that apparently doesn't know how it works at his FedEx location. I am so confused as to how he came up with his logic. This place is horrible.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Every single time I have tried to use those Fed Ex location it is a problem. The store doesn't open on time, the one employee working is always RUDE, and don't even think to ask for a piece of tape! They will Act like borrowing a piece of tape is just absolutely CRAZY! Your a SHIPPING CENTER!! Also, DO NOT, try and return comcast/ATT cable equipment here. Although ATT email directly says to return to ANY FED EX store. But I guess NOT THE AIRPORT location. I'll never step foot in This place again, and I will use UPS in the future! NO MORE FED EX!!!!!!!!!
