Carlos gave great customer service. I was in and out in literally 30 seconds. I brought in 2 packages to send out and as soon as I placed them on the counter he quickly had my receipt and said he'd have them all taped for me. He was very nice. I was in a hurry so that was excellent service.

Wow... I never take the time to leave a review, but considering that they lady that attended me was flat out rude made me WANT to do this. I just came in asked simple questions for the help I was needing and from point A to B nothing but attitude. Idk Fedex, you might wanna vet your employees and how they greet there customers. I was nothing but nice, and that's what I get in return? Now way!
Im sorry but UPS hands down has not ever made me feel this way. I only came to fedex because the company I ordered from went through FedEx. Tisk tisk, disappointed.

Carlos saved the day with his amazing service and kind nature. If I lived in this state I would go out of my way to continue coming here just for his help. Rachel was absolutely amazing as well. I highly recommend this store :)

Today 6/12/25 I went into the Mooney location and I asked the girl at the front counter I said “I need to send a starlink back and I’m looking for a box that it will fit in, do you know what a starlink looks like?” And the curly haired girl says “yes but we don’t have a box it will fit in” with a blank rude look on her face. Zero willingness to help. Zero

When I walked in the first time, Carlos was not helpful and kind of rude. He was not willing to answer questions easily and acted like he would rather not help me at all. When I went back someone else helped me who was very professional and friendly. I will go back because of that person alone. I wish I had got his name. He was at the pack and ship counter.

While the location itself was clean and nicely laid out, my overall experience was disappointing due to the customer service. I came in carrying a return package, and rather than being greeted or offered assistance, I was met with a dismissive, “Do you have a question?”—despite it being clear I was there for a return.
When I showed the return label and instructions on my phone, I was told the package needed another box, even though the return instructions specifically stated no additional packaging or label was required. The employee continued asking questions that didn’t seem to align with the return process, making the experience feel confusing and unhelpful.
I ultimately left and went across the street to UPS, where they provided the necessary packaging materials for free and assisted me with a much better attitude. If you have a larger return from TikTok, Amazon, or another retailer, I would recommend visiting UPS instead. They offer free packaging options and a far more welcoming customer service experience.

This review is specifically for the lady with short black hair that helped me today. I don't know if she could sense I was having a bad day but she helped me no fuss went above just customer service which was really really nice because although I haven't had terrible experiences here I also normally don't really get any help either.

Is Carlos the manager at this store? If so, how? I had my own uncomfortable experience with him at this store today, and I have seen other negative reviews with his name attached to them. He literally mimicked me and laughed in my face. It would be nice to know that a higher up for this store or company can address his professionalism.
