Store is so messy it's a wonder the safety Department is allowing them to be open there is trash from open packages everywhere racks and shelf's are bad afraid to touch anything that it might cause other things to fall. Who ever is manager should be fired so if you don't believe me go check it out for your self it's bad and unsafe.

(Discrimination) the unjust or prejudicial treatment of different categories of ppl age sex ethnicity. So the question is when two people at your store do something and only one gets in trouble. That is extreme discrimination correct? This is going on at this store because of family. Can you please respond with corporate number. So I do not have to go to a store that is profiling people. But will come get the number if I have to. This is a serious matter please respond

They've changed a lot and not for the better. I came here last night and they've changed the layout of the store in a way that you can only enter small sections at a time, rather than the old way where all the isles were open to eachother. They were so narrow one cart could barely fit. I had a cart so I couldnt go into most areas because other people were there.
A lot of items weren't clearly marked. Many items were overpriced for what you get. Got eyeliner thats a $1 at walmart for $1.50 here. And several other junk items for $5.55 - $10.
Only spent 10 minutes shopping, but waited 15 to get checked out even though there were only 2 people in front of me, because apparently there's only "self-scan" register open at a time and the employee has to scan all of your items for you. The old system would have had me out of there in less than a minute.
But what really got me is after getting home, i found out that two items I purchased were garbage and literally didn't work. I used to come here all the time. Idk what happened, but it's going down the crapper.

I’ve noticed 5 below has started to have the employees scan the items for you at self checkout. This makes the lines longer and defeats the purpose of self checkout. If theft is a problem this is not the solution, it’s just annoying.

Not a bad place they have some adult stuff I mean there's some shirts makeup candy is a big section of it the toys and another big section you can find some phone chargers phone accessories

I have been to many states in the US, and I have seen the Five Below store everywhere. I never stopped by until I visited the FB in the city of Visalia, CA. I liked the products they offer. Many useful products for arts, crafts, toy collection and even sports equipment. My favorite were the Pokémon cards. It’s a place where you can bring your children to pick n play with a toy at really good prices.
