If you care about whether the management cares about you, then you should read this review. My son went with me grocery shopping and was very hungry. So I allowed him to go ahead and take the item that he wanted from the frozen section, pay for it, and take it to a nearby microwave to heat it up. I was wrapping up my shopping and loading my vehicle. When my son got to the store, Eric the employee there, when asked, told my son that it was a one-time deal to use the microwave. My son began opening the package to cook the Frozen item and a tall manager/owner came from the back room. He confronted my ten-year-old son asking him if the item was purchased in his stor. My son replied with the truth, "no". The grown man manager yelled "no, go" while indicating that my son must leave.Don't get me wrong, I totally understand the policy. I could see this policy occuring especially if people tend to use it and leave messes or only use the microwave ever and be rude customers.BUT, THIS IS A 10 YEAR OLD BOY!1. It is NOT APPROPRIATE to yell at a child.2. It's NOT GOOD BUSINESS to be rude to somebody who has been nothing but polite & appropriate.3. Making a customer (or potential one) leave over something so petty is CHILDISH.When I arrived, my intention was to get gasoline there and purchase a fountain soda maybe even a snack. I decided not to spend my money there anymore. But I went to the counter and spoke with Eric. I expressed my professional disgust in the treatment of my son. He stated that unfortunately, it was a policy of the manager or owner to not allow outside food to be cooked in the microwave. That people tend to come from Grocery Outlet and cook food but never make purchases. I explained how we are regular customers and that's not right. I asked for his name and explained the forthcoming Google review. Some other business, please hire Eric and pay him more than this guy is likely paying him! He handled it well, deserves a better leader, and shouldn't be subject to that kind of environment.

Clean store and well stocked shelves! The clerk behind the counter offered to rinse our canned drinks before leaving and he was in such good spirits! Pleasantly surprised to see people showing friendly customer service with a smile. Will definitely return!

Aloha Visalia Residents! I was up late, it's 11pm and I'm craving chocolate! Great! So I held on down to Flyers and meet the clerk. We talk story and he explains how the "good HOMELESS people" hang out there as they are open 24 hours. So have a craving NIGHT or DAY, head down to Flyers!! Lotto too!Capt Stan Howard IRS Enrolled Agent

Not Flyers directly. Right next to them is a taco truck. Great burritos and tacos. I live their Horchata.
