“Absolutely love this place! Such great selection of crystals, sage, tea’s! Anything spiritual this is the place to shop. Very friendly staff. Always welcoming as soon as you enter the store and helpful.”
“Robert and his daughter hosted a fantastic DIY party for our extended family over the holidays. He showed each of us how to design a personalized item on the iPads the studio provided, using personal photos. Robert then printed our designs on T shirts, hats, mugs, insulated cups, aprons, corkscrews and even a puzzle. We picked up all the completed items a few days later and the recipients were so excited to receive them. Thanks so much for creating such a memorable experience for our family! Fun for all ages. We look forward to doing business with you again. Downtown Visalia is lucky to have such a talented entrepreneur and artist. We first learned about this company through First Fridays so that might be a good time to stop by their shop downtown to see what they are all about.”
“Just had the most wonderful experience with Letter & Grain! I found some earrings via IG that I want to give as a gift. I contacted Letter & Grain and Erica contacted me right away. She went down to her shop, got the earrings and hand delivered them to the person I wanted to give them to. Above and beyond customer service!! And the earrings were a big hit with the recipient! Thank you, Erica!”
“This little gift shop has a variety of home items and some Visalia specific decor and souvenirs for visitors. It’s a lot of stuff inside so you have to really look for what you want. There’s a bunch of jams, spices, marinades and hot sauces too.”
“I walked in and was immediately helped my a lovely lady. I didn't catch her name. She helped me put together a little care package. I was in a rush and didn't have time. She worked with me in a timely manner and with amazing perfectionism.”
“The store is really cool and for the most part the staff are really nice and helpful. There’s always this one girl there I believe is a manager maybe but besides that she seems like she picks and chooses who she wants to great and when she wants to help around the store. Every time I go in there she never greets us and almost always doing nothing.”
“I was looking for a few gifts for a newly found Christian. This store lends more towards catholic but I did find a bunch of stuff that translates to other religious beliefs.
Talking to the ladies in the store they were very helpful and knew their stuff! Also I was supposed to hear they are a non profit store run by volunteers...lots of good bargains in there!!”
