Service poor, slow, not helpful, refused to allow use of two woking restrooms last time, now have new "out of order" signs up, but employee seen entering one to use. The American Disabilities Act, Angie's Law, requires allowing customers to use the restrooms if they have a medical condition that causes immediate need of the rest room. Isn't Goodwill supposed to be serving the Disabled? Selection of clothing by color, not by size, so very hard to find clothes to fit. General merchandise thrown on shelves no rhyme or reason and not all marked with price- has to have price on it or no sale and staff unwilling to make tag for it. Store going down hill fast

It seems like the customer service at this store just keeps getting as bad as their merchandise if not worse.I was trying to use my ID to get the student/teacher discount, but because I used my old one, their supervisor (Sarhea) wouldn't give me a discount, I'm okay with not getting the few dollars off but what I'm not okay with is their supervisor being rude and ghetto, she acted as unprofessional as her appearance. It's unfortunate that she takes advantage of the only power she has and acts like giving a discount at a goodwill store it's a big deal. I can't believe that's their supervisor acting like she hates her job and taking it out on the customers and micromanaging the volunteers at the front like they're her peasants.

I love this store. It is clean. They have lots of clothing, items, cookware, and other kitchen/home gadgets. They also happen to have a lot of children’s clothing. The staff are helpful. Definitely deserves five stars. Check it out!

Ever since they reopened from Covid, their pricing has gone from untenable to irresponsible. Used, fair condition Burton jacket? $100. Any new-ish shoes? $40. In many cases, the prices have escalated beyond what you would expect from retail. Until this is remedied, try other Goodwills outside of SJV if you can, or other thrift stores here in the Valley.

Really the worst GW I've ever visited...and I've been to dozens. Management has to be pathetic to not allow access to restrooms to kids. Such a problem with homeless and theft that many items aren't marked or tag switched thus rendering them unsellable. Save your hard-earned money and go to Hanford. You'll get more bang for your buck with the actually reasonable priced items and curtesy and make up for the gas and being harassed by rude employees who don't really want to be there...but who's to blame them anyway.

I was told I had 5 days to exchange items and when I went in on the 5th day. They looked at my receipt and said go get 2 things. It took about an hour of my time but I found 2 articles of clothing to exchange. She had the receipt and said she needed my original receipt because I had exchanged previously. I told her I no longer had it and she said she couldn't exchange. Now why didn't they say this before I spent an hour in there looking. They really need to improve their return policy since you can't try anything on. Not happy with the service will not return or donate ever again.

Waited 30 minutes to drop off donations. Finally got to the area of donation drop offs for them to say that they can only take one bag per car. Didn’t appreciate the way Sara the so called manager approached. Very rude acting like it’s everybody else’s fault that their wearhouse is full. Definitely need better management, And better training on how to approach customers that are dropping off donations instead of being snobby. Next time they should let people know instead of having them wait in line.

make sure all your items have a price tag or else they wont sell it to you, im not sure if its a new policy cause usually if it doesnt have a tag theyll just give you a price. but now they arent.

4 prices are too high and it's ridiculous I walk out everything is even model items like Nike or dishes makes me not want to shop there maybe once a month I will check on prices..

If I could leave a ZERO, I would. Everytime I come in they have different rules. Came in a couple of weeks ago bought a blanket that didn't have a price and they priced it. I come today for a computer chair now all of a sudden they can't price it and it has to go back through the processing. Well my question is why is it on the floor, you all are there all day walking around doing Nothing,because the store is ALWAYS DIRTY. How come you don't have employees walking around making sure at least all the furniture is priced. SMH my daughter really needed that chair and it's No guarantee that it will come back out tomorrow. I'm done HANFORD GOODWILL HERE I COME...NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH YOU ALL.

Will careful consideration I've decided to tell the manager what is wrong with this store. You're what's wrong with this store. Of the 6 items I bought to the counter, three couldn't be sold. Why? Because you havent taught your staff to 1. Price items that they know how much they sell for. 2. To ask a supervisor. This is the third time I've been here in nearly a year. This is the third timeit's happened. . Dont be lazy and doBetter.
