“So, I don't do Yelp ratings often; usually when a place rates a 1 or 2 and I'm ticked off. This is my first 5 star rating ever, for any business on any site. I stopped by today to pick up a transfer. I'm not an avid gun owner and this was my first purchase in a LONG time, so I'm rusty on the requirements, therefore I wasn't in and out quickly. But, I had an opportunity to observe the 5 staff members operate with a variety of clients; this is my take: extremely knowledgeable and professional without being know-it-alls. They really knew their business and didn't feel the need to show off. They handled the weapons just as respectfully as they did the customers. It has been a very long time since I have seen such professionalism in any arena. Mr Gaalswyk runs a tight ship.”
