“I have been working on my coin collection recently. I realized I bought the wrong Coin Book. I showed the clerk the book I had in my bag. I got the correct book which was $9.99 and my exchange book was $4.99. I did not have a receipt for the exchange book. The store associate rang up the difference and I paid it. She was polite, friendly and efficient. It's great that Hobby Lobby does exchanges, unlike the rudeness Joann's put customers through.”

“I visited GameQore Sept. 2022 and recently in Sept. 2023 (a year apart) and both times the customer service and personalities of staff were top notch. I found GQ last year, loved it, and had to return during a visit to the in-laws! They have a TON of MTG singles to peruse and also sell other card games, D&D, Pathfinder, etc., etc.”
