I never do anything with home depot again after taking about$ $ 5,000.00 for home blinds and some of them defected . They are not taking responsibility for it and they want to charge again for the defected blinds supposed to redo it for free , They do not care about customers satisfaction and the customers service is horrible . They do their works in a Mexico and they charge so much from the customers plus they refused to Redo the right thing to satisfy the customers. I do not like the lousy job and i will never get them to do anything no more .

I have been coming to this Home Depot for the past 10 years. it has gone down hill over the past 2-3 years, and i blame everything on upper management. the customer service here is terrible. people dont greet you or say hi. they seem stand offish and i don't blame them because do what they are told to do. change the management to value customers. also no one available at paint department for like 30 min . terrible organization and overall management.

Home Depot should not let outside vendors be inside the store, for example SUNRUN. Every time I go to this store there is always that same guy trying to sell me solar panels, several times I have said I am not interested but he keeps asking. I avoid this store location for that reason.

Wish the people in each department knew a little more about their area. Also store variety seems to be more aiming toward diy than contractors anymore

Found everything I needed but a worker in the back a woman in her twenty's with dark brown hair and glasses when I asked a question she aS though I annoyed her, when she walked away I said thank you...she just ignored me.

Don’t come here if you need lumber or anything for a project. We placed an order for lumber and were told the order would be ready in 24 hours. We came back the next morning order was not done so again they told us to come back later in the evening and the order would be ready. We came back 2 hours before closing to find that our order was cut completely incorrect. So again got told to wait. We ended up being here till closing and Marco the manager couldn’t give us an explanation or any sort of discount/refund.

absolutely terrible customer service. the managers will walk up to assist and walk away to let an associate accuse you of damaging an item that you received damaged from them. Then when u ask for a corporate number they tell you to look online and refuse to Give it to you. They would rather be rude and treat you like they're better. What happened to customer service? this place is an absolute joke don't even bother. they would rather not accept a return and own their damaged products due to "saving their damage dollars" per Sonia who wasn't even a manager. I didn't spend $400+ on a fridge to be accused of damaging it myself thanks for nothing

Went in nobody greeted me so I proceeded to get what I went in for. The indoor plants are dying and not a huge selection to choose from. Went to the garden area to check out and Vicky did not greet me or ask me any questions about my visit. Although she did continue to talk with her co worker about how Melissa is on a leave again and as soon as she got back from her last leave they got paperwork for an additional leave. Then she said her other co worker seen her at Walmart and nothing was wrong with Melissa. She didn't tell me my total or anything but I proceeded to pay with my card, my receipt printed she just handed to me I said thank you and she still had not said a word to me. Every time I visit this location the people in garden are always talking to coworkers about others in work environment. This is very unprofessional and should addressed with all employees.

My father is a retired military 21 years we've been shopping here just about since the store opened all of a sudden they won't accept my father's military retirement discount saying that he's not retired military after showing them his military ID and his California ID they still wouldn't accept it saying he was not a retired military very disappointed waited for a manager for over an hour that never showed up we left without spending the $260,000 we were paying for wood plywood sheetrock new refrigerator new stove washer and dryer and tile flooring along with new windows to do my father's house had to go elsewhere

I used to not go to the store because it was hard to find what I was looking for this time everything was in its place didn't have to go walking all over the store to find this that and the other went for plumbing and all the plumbing is in one spot this time instead on four or five different places was happy

Better service than Lowe's. They actually practice excellent customer service by asking if you need help finding something. On the flip side Lowe's employees have penchant to escapability avoiding customers.

Terrible customer service. Never has anything in stock. They will allow you to place an online order, take your money, and then cancel your order! Then you have to wait 5 days for the refund, just to purchase the same product at Lowe's! Because they will actually have it!
