Hot topic used to be really great. It never fails to disappoint. I will say the staff were very nice. All hot topics are just not like they used to be. I always go in hoping to find the great store it once was.

Zach is ALWAYS open and friendly. He remembers his regular customers and will guide us to things he believes that we will enjoy. The openness of the staff while dealing with a customer who uses a service dog to mitigate my disability is AMAZING. I always feel welcome there.

Tight fit, hard to get around in with a wheelchair. Fun spot depending what your into. Easy smaller with less selection then others I've been to.

There was a girl who fat shamed my gf at the store by suggesting a larger size even tho the shirt she got fit fine on her.

Store is smaller and more crowded than other locations. What they lack in size they make up for in customer service. Salesperson Zakk 71495 has been here since I was a teenager and has always had a great attitude and excellent customer service skills. His enthusiasm and sales knowledge makes coming in a positive experience whenever he is on the floor.

Came in and staff was Awesome! Saw some things we haven't seen at other stores. Store was organized and stocked. We saw a few Funko sodas and pulled 2 chases from the ones they had! What are the odds! We'll be back!
