Rebeca is the “manager” and has no supervisor but her bedside manner and professionalism is dismal. I have had a referral for infusion that was sent the beginning of December and never heard back from them. I’ve called every week trying to get an update and someone will always “call me back” but no one ever calls me back. Today I called again to get an update and the receptionist said she’d get me to the supervisor who happened to be Rebecca. She didn’t care to hear the background of my referral, she blamed my doctor but they never contacted me back or communicated that they were trying to get ahold of my primary. When I told her it was concerning that her workers took both of my insurance information and it wasn’t in my chart she hung up on me. When I called back she was super rude and told me to give her my insurance. I asked for an apology for hanging up on me and how she is talking to me she said she would not and then hung upon me again. How horrible that they treat sick disabled people like that, it’s obvious she doesn’t give a crap about the care they provide. How much are they receiving from insurance to treat patients like utter trash while they’re in need of treatment from them.

We switched over to ICS a little whiles back and it was the best move ever! The last 2 companies we had to deal with was such a horrible experience. If your looking for a company that will take your calls or get back tob you right away ICS is who you want for your supplies.

Sonja ( I hope I spelled correctly) worked diligently to make sure I received the medication I need, and at no cost. She is thorough, kind and great at her job. She followed up many times and explained entire process. Thank You.
