Check out is across the store now and the big and tall section looks like a bunch of boring active wear but the dress shirts look like a fat guy going to Hawaii on a Cruz or shirts made for fluffy.

When purchasing from this location, make sure to review your receipt charges prior. After looking at my charges, I noticed there was an added charge for charity, which I was Not asked or told of, if I wanted to include.

I am an old customer here at jc penny but my last experience upset me. There was this one supervisor that was quite mean. I had purchased some shoes while back but they were two different sizes. I wanted to return them because they came in different sizes someone mixed them up. she refused, wouldn’t hear me out and said sorry it’s not my fault you waited that long it’s past 90 days. But it’s not my fault either. Returning them I would lose a lot of money because their price went down but I can’t keep them either because they aren't even the same size! We disputed back and forth and she still said no. The only way is to find the other size. She then called someone named Christina and I’m so grateful for her she was very kind helpful and understanding. She told me she is sorry and that it’s really not even my fault that the store should be able to give me my return. And then called another lady and she said the same thing and she helped me. The supervisor Jennifer was just off putting and kind of ruined my day.

Had to pick up one last thing for my outfit. Super pressed for time called JCpenny’s in Fashion Fair the gal I spoke to supposedly looked up my item but, didn’t want to take the time to hold the item for me. So, I figure she did say there was plenty of them. Traveled to Penny’s all in a mad rush got there and whaaa?!! They had none! Talk about pissed!

We scheduled an appointment for family pictures, like we have done for the last 12 years. We checked +7 people, being that was the only option. There was no cap or max. When we arrived with our party of 11, we were informed that their max was 10 people and we could not be accommodated. We have taken pictures at this location in the same studio with 17 people before. We were not helped or given any alternatives. We had to leave and find another studio. Manager was annoyed and burdened saying they cannot fit 11 people and saying they have never done more then 10 people. Ever. Should not work in customer service.
