Customer service was almost nonexistent. Four employees looked me dead in the face and didn't say as much as hello, let alone ask me if I needed help. The lady who cut my fabric said two words, "How much?". Even after I thanked her, she didn't respond. The cashier was the only person who greeted me and had actual customer service. I don't like being treated the way I was treated by the majority of the staff I encountered, so I'll get my material elsewhere. This was my first and last time here.

I went in at 8:50, they told me they couldn't cut fabric because they had to reserve the time to do other things before they close. Keep in mind the lady was cutting fabric as I asked. I even asked her if I could just but what was left of the roll and she refused to give me a tag to go pay for it. Poor customer service in my opinion.

I'm not sure if this person "A" was a lead, clerk or supervisor. I had my receipt for a return item. This clerk insulted me. Checking the item & receipt over and over & comparing the receipt and asking me for my phone number. I asked her if there was a problem and she told me that some people grab/steal your receipt and run out of the store through the back door. I wonder if she thought I had stolen someone's receipt then somehow got the item and tried to return it. That tells the full story of what this person is about...rude, sarcastic, and mistrusting. I will never go into Joann's again. I will only shop at Hobby Lobby, Michael's and Walmart for crafts supplies.

Immediately after ringing us up, Madison didn't allow my adult daughter to wait inside the store with our basket of fabric as I forgot something & went back to grab it. Madison kept insisting that she wait outside as other customers needed the room. Clearly there is plenty of room for others and she was not in the way.

Lawdy! Where do I start? The most unorganized business I’ve probably ever walked into. And the information about locating specific items I was given was ? I live between Kingsburg and Dinuba…. Will drive to North Fresno before even considering this location. SMH! #newmanagementiswhereiwouldstart

First time coming here & it'll be my last time. I couldn't find anything I was looking for & I asked for help from a lady employee that was sitting on the ground putting some stuff on the shelf & she didn't even look up once, she just said "um look down the other aisle" & pointed. I walked over to that aisle & it had nothing I needed so I walked back over to her & asked her again & let her know that wasn't the right aisle at all & she said I don't know, ask a different employee I'm busy so instead of trying to search for another employee or get another employee just like her I just left the store & went else where to find what I needed!

The store has great selection but the service at the fabric services on Saturday, July 22, 2023 was terrible!! Very rude employees when you asked for help on finding anything.
