Very clean, tidy and comfortable hotel, the surrounding environment is very safe! The free breakfast is delicious. It has the best meat soup I have ever eaten. Highly recommended!

The room was as described, but we got the first room near the elevator. We shared a wall with the elevator, so had very loud noises from it, all the time, so we barely got any sleep.

The location is fine, you can quickly grab something to eat and you're quickly on the highway towards the national park.
Unfortunately the rest is really not good. The rooms are in need of renovation and are only superficially clean. Since there were already bed bugs here, the first thing we did was thoroughly search the room. Luckily the animals weren't there, but we found a lot of dirt, dust and hair.
Cobwebs in the corners, I cleaned the headboard of the bed myself because I felt disgusted leaning against it. Lots of stains on the walls, ceiling and lampshades.
There is an entire fingernail under the mattress.
As some people have already written here, the walls are really very thin and you can hear everything from the neighbors. Luckily we had considerate neighbors - except for last night. For the Rambazamba, the music was played very loudly from 2 a.m., which could still be heard even with ear plugs.
I wouldn't come back again.

Bed bugs in room 205 they did upgrade us to a suite ?♀️ also mosquitos in the lobby.

Very large room. Having two suitcases each, it was convenient to have space available. Buffet breakfast but decent (I recommend the waffles). Cleanliness is discreet. Hairdryer and iron available in the room. Possibility of free ice refill. In the surrounding area there are many places where you can eat.

Location is very convenient, close to fwy, you walk to get food (fastfood) indoor pool and jacuzzi awesome to try on which my family loved. Will be back and definitely recommended ?.

Waste of money and zero sleep.
Hotel service was not friendly or helpful.
i asked if they had an herbal tea as my boyfriend had stomach issues that night and needed something warm (chamomile, peppermint tea, anything soothing) but they had nothing available other than coffee.
The worst nightmare though was the lack of sleep. The walls seemed made of cardboard, you can hear EVERYTHING that happens around your room. The hotel alarm went on at night (seems something that happens quite often reading other reviews…).
We had the most rude neighbours who kept the tv volume super loud until late. So around 12:10am, after knocking on their door asking to keep it down, I called the hotel reception begging them to do something about it.
The guy on the phone said he was going to call them straight away and ask them to stop making noise.
Well, annoyingly it never happened. The couple next door kept laughing out loud and watching TV for a further hour (we never heard the phone ringing or anything remotely sounding like a phone call) until my boyfriend got up knocking on their wall again and I yelled to stop making all that noise.
This has worked, until 6am, when they woke up and started watching the news. What a nightmare! The rooms should be properly soundproofed and the hotel management should be better at handling guests complaints. If there’s guests partying or making that noise, you should intervene!
Also found some hair in the bathroom that didn’t belong to us and bathroom mirror was dirty. Carpet in the room felt sticky.
Would not recommend.

Friendly staff, rooms are quite worn. Beds need to be replaced.
Rooms: Need to be refreshed, decor and furniture time-worn. Beds are worn out.

Rooms: Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig. Das Badezimmer ist schön und hell.
Nearby activities: Indoor Pool und freie Badetücher gibt's dazu.
Walkability: Ein Subway (Diner) ist um die Ecke.
Food and drinks: Das Frühstück haben wir auf dem Sofa IM Foyer eingenommen, da im Frühstücksraum nicht genug Tische gab.
Das Frühstück ist amerikanisch. Heißt: Frische Waffeln zum selber machen, gekochte Eier oder Omelett-Pads. Orangensaft aus der Maschine. Toast und Beagles. Alles andere (Butter, Nutella, Salz/Pfeffee/Zucker etc.) ist in Plastik verpackt. Selbst Besteck und Teller sind aus Plastik/Styropor.
Tee/Kaffee/heißes Wasser gab's rund um die Uhr.

Good value for money, room + bathroom normal facilities with AC and fridge, very clean, free simple breakfast, ideal starting point for Sequoia NP,
We didn't use the indoor pool, the reception staff were friendly, the breakfast room was very strict when clearing up when 9:00 was reached. All in all a nice stay with restaurants nearby, thank you, recommended!
