My fiancé and I went in for a brake change after being told by Les Schwab that we needed new rotors. It turns out our rotors/pads were practically new! I appreciate the honesty of this shop so much. We’ll definitely be coming back when we need any upkeep on our car ? Can’t express enough how much of a relief it was to talk to someone so honest and kind! He even went out of his way to show us the rotors and explained it. I would recommend this shop to anyone!

Went in after another place said rotors needed to be replaced and Lee Dudley's informed us our brakes were very recently replaced so they saved us a lot of money ? nothing but good honest business here

Honest and friendly. Went here after dealer recommended new brakes. He said I had a lot of miles left on them. Returned a year later and the brakes are still good.

This business offers top shelf customer service not commonly found in todays’ corporate model of “service.” Upon calling to inquire about an alignment issue, Mr. Dudley gave me the likely cause over the phone, and suggested I bring it by. He put it up on the rack and found a faulty tire within minutes. When I tried to pay him, he refused. While of course he cannot do this for all encounters, he made a customer for life.I need some front end work done on my heavy diesel pick up and will be taking it to him, due to his demonstrated honesty, knowledge and excellent customer service.In addition, he (and I believe his wife) are extremely friendly, and seem to value their customers.

I came to LDBF because of the sterling reviews. Got great service in a timely fashion. Brian explained in detail what the problem was, and what it wasn't, as diagnosed by a competitor. They are not a discount shop, but you get what you pay for. Stan T

I feel bad because I'm writing this review so late, but I have never had a more positive experience with a car professional. A few months ago I went and got my Kia Optima's brakes replaced and the owners were super helpful. They explained everything to me thoroughly and patiently and let me hang out while they worked on my car so I could see the whole process from beginning to end. No shady business happening here! I stopped in to Lee Dudley's for brake diagnosis and repair. Mr. Dudley was quick to help and was very kind and approachable. He was able to show me the condition of my brake pads and rotors. He made the repairs and I couldn't be happier. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!Service: Brakes

Got a quote today for resurfacing rotors and new brake pads, person who answered the phone said it would be about $600 for the job because you "never know when the price will go up for parts". I'm hoping that he meant that would be the price for new rotors and new brake pads but either way that is way too much compared to what other shops in town are offering. Discount Tire in Visalia will do new brake pads and resurfaced rotors on my Toyota Rav4 for $200 and to do new rotors and new brake pads would be about $400. So you will be either paying $200 to $400 more if you go to Dudley's. Something doesn't seem right about that price discrepancy.

Lee Dudley’s repair shop was great! I hit a large curb and bent the rear camber link, they were really kind and fixed my car in 2 days! Very reasonably priced, they also left me a thank u note in my car for letting them work on my car so thoughtful …!!! Would definitely come back here for my future car services. Thank you!!!!!
