I would recend not buying anything from Lowes, especially Craftsman tools. Although they promise a lifetime warranty and replacement, they do not honor that promise. The service is poor and the manager is incompetent. Buyer beware.

Had difficulty finding what I was there for that the web site told me Lowe's carries the leather hole punch and was in stock. I asked someone for help (don't know where that person went when I thought they were going to get the info I requested and will come back but didn't see them again) someone I'm thinking in charge somehow but approached me and looked up where this item is stocked and I had looked down the two possibilities but didn't find it. Which doesn't mean much because they could show me it was where I looked but didn't see. Happens to me all the timeThis lady helping me with hand held tablet looked it up and shows them as out of stock and where they'd be if they had them. For me this level of customer service hasn't been around for way too long! Maybe it's because of these surveys and hence why I try to fill out whenever I'm able! She went above and beyond as far as I'm concerned and I'm just sorry I didn't get names because she's a real asset to your store! I absolutely will keep using Lowe's first when needing anything they carry. Also trying to keep more of money used for most of the same things I can get online to buy at a store here in my home town. Working to keep just as much as I use for online purchases and the rest try to spend locally especially with awesome customers. Relying on the website for what's in stock I may have to call the store before I run all over looking for this item I can get tomorrow from Amazon. Finally found it at the 4th store I ended up at but was the first place I thought would have them!!

Plenty hard too get a job there not enough info always get picked up by career Builders and others hard to get app. On Lowe's! After that get a lot of JUNCK MAIL ON CELL CONCERNING EDUCATION AND travel and such just JUNCK.

I was very thankful for the service at this Lowe's. I needed a hot water heater. It was up on the shelf, where they had to use a lift to get it down. A young lady helped me find it, then she called for the next available person to help get it off the shelf. A gentleman showed up within 5 minutes. Very friendly, wish I could remember his and her name.

I'll take Lowe's over Home Depot every day of the week because they help our military, but kind of a forking joke to let my 150lb boyfriend load a GD FORTY SIX" TOOL BOX BY HIMSELF. Ya'll really too busy at 9am om a Monday to use the forklift to put it in the truck for him? Really Junky customer service if you ask me. "Don't mind that you just spent $500, go ahead and load this heavy a$$ toolbox BY YOURSELF"BOTTOM BARREL CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS MORNING AND I AM SO DISAPPOINTED.Will have to see if Home Depot can earn my business back again.

Manager Anthony was rude and made us feel like we were bothering him as we were trying to purchase our washer and dryer.....so much so that we ended walking out since we were such a bother to him. News flash buddy you work in customer service, if you don't want to work DON'T! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
