I went into this location and ordered screen dolors for my 80 year old mother home. The contractor came out and measured the door. After that I called a week or so later and Lowe's told me the contractor never sent the measurements when in fact Lowe's didn't put the measurements in their computer. So I was told the gentleman handle this order wasn't in and to call back, so ai did. TI then waited another week then went in and and paid for everything and was told if you don't hear from the contractor to call them back. Again, it's been 2 weeks and still hadn't heard so I called again m. The salesman told me I don't know what's going on but I'll get a email sent over to get them moving then continues to tell me if I don't hear from them by Monday or Tuesday to call them again m. Absolutely no follow through on Lowes part and blaming the contractor. I've had to push them every step of the way to try and get this done. This is not acceptable and told him that we've waiting a long time and I need this done asap! We will start going to Home Depot.

I always appreciate this company for 1 major reason and that is they respect and appreciate their military and veterans. Few and far between companies offer anything for the military and veterans. They sacrifice so much and yet what do they get in return. Nothing but this company gives us a discount and 4 parking spaces. No other hardware store will ever get my business as long as Lowes continues to show their appreciation to the military and veteran. Thank you Lowes!!!!

I went on a really busy day trying to get paint for the inside of our house not knowing that they had a Labor Day sale going on! To my luck, I was helped out by Nevada ( I believe that was his name) and he was super helpful and helped us with buying over 14 gallons of paint. A huge thank you to Nevada for your patience with me and for you expertise in choosing colors that would great for the interior of my house. Lowes, I HOPE YOU APPRECIATE HIM. Thank you!

Lowes contract 0999708451658278121166Talked to Angel at Lowes warranty on 6/24/2022Says wait another 2-3 business days Called and talked to Supv Sharon at local Lowes on 6/24 at 12:11pm. Received email from Donnie at Lowes service advantage today at 0530. Quote: I apologize for the delay in getting service on your refrigerator. We have escalated your claim to our service locating team on 8/24/22. You will receive an update from a team member within 2-3 business days so keep an eye on your email. Please let us know if you haven't been contacted within that time frame.It's the same answer as it was Sunday, Tuesday and today. Called Sharon at local store. She says come back in and she will call. This is now the 4th trip to the store without resolution. I am ready to file in local small claims court. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM LOWES AND DO NOT PURCHASE THE EXTENDED WARRANTY.

There is only one lady who knows how to key locks. We had bought a house that needed 7 door locks keyed to the same key and no one could do it but this one lady. Don't get me wrong, she is absolutely amazing! But I would ask when she would be in and they would say she is scheduled for Saturday. We would come back Saturday, she wasn't there. I asked when will she be in next and they said Sunday. We went back Sunday and somebody said oh yeah she'll never come in on Sundays. We wasted our time going back and further because no one ever knew when she would be in. At least 3 people or more should know how to key locks!!!

I recently had a sink measured for my kitchen renovation. I went to this location in order to view sinks and order one. When approaching associates I asked for help, and was automatically cut off with an associate,who was stocking an aisle next to the sinks, answering very loudly, "What about it?" The other associate that was assisting them by just standing around came over to help, but was completely uninterested and rude in helping me. When I said I wanted to order a sink, she said to go to lumber. Huh? Anyways, I walked out and will go to the location on Demaree in order to get my sink.

Super patient and friendly . Thank you Marie and McKenzie for helping me with my lowes card problem . There are so many entitled people that expect to get helped quickly just because they are "in a rush " when clearly these two girls are doing what they can to help out as many people as they can .

Worst experience of my life. I purchased a $1000 stove. Lowes said it would be installed on Saturday and they lied. Next they said it would be installed on Tues in the afternoon ..they lied. I tried calling 15 x only to be put on hold. Worst customer service ever. Don't purchase from here. Awful customer service.

Oh My Gosh! Way before it became OMG! I went to Lowe's on Mooney for faucets for my bathrooms and was having a difficult time selecting; looking up at vast sea of same. All of a sudden, walking down the aisle was my superhero! Didn't know him from Adam, but he wore a green cape (shirt) and was an instant help. Ya know, like holding up the torch to light the way!! Okay, I'm being quite silly, but the first words out of his mouth were something like, "Need help? It's overwhelming huh?" I knew at that moment he honestly wanted to help! And he did! He hunted all over for what I wanted. To make this long story short, he stuck with me until I found what I needed minus two others to match. He lead me to the internet to order the remainder AND thanked me for a question I had asked and told me it was a good one! Wow! What a sweet compliment. Thank you Kenneth for going above and beyond to help. Thank you too little Missy with the long braid whose name I neglected to ascertain. Then to check out. Yup, that dreaded " "self checkout" which I avoid like the plague! So off I went to check out with Miss Carrie. Talk again about great customer service! Cheerful, kind and a blessing. Okay Lowe's, you rate a 10 today, but only 5 stars available. Thank you! Well, I'm off to the internet armed with the item # to order the remaining items! See ya next time!

I purchased flooring and installation from Lowes. The installers pulled up the old flooring and mentioned that the floor wasn't level but said no more about it. The next morning, an hour before the installers were about to arrive I got a call from Lowes telling me that I would have to pay an extra $700+ to get the job finished. The flooring installers were shocked that Lowes expected that much money and said that they would get none of the money and knew nothing about the extra charge. The money would have gone directly to Lowes for work the installers were supposed to do. I feel like it was an attempted extortion and the flooring is being installed without the extra money. I was in a vulnerable position with my floors torn up and Lowes threat that they wouldn't complete the job without the extra money. Avoid signing contracts with them and watch the fine print. The "incidental expenses " clause is an excuse to jack up the prices in the middle of the job.

Bought a charbroil commercial grill, completely assembled and delivered. When I got it the shelves were hanging off of it barely attached. I called the store and it took forever to talk with someone. The manger wasn't interested in talking to me, or so I was told. I'd have to bring it in for repair. For missing and loose hardware on a brand new unit? I loaded it up and took it back.
