Very messy store. Clothes are on the floor. No management whatsoever. Rude employees. When I asked them for help to find an item, they looked so annoyed. One of the coordinator, “Angelica” was very unprofessional. I was witnessed that she was so rude with a lady that she wasn’t speaking a good English.

BEWARE BAIT AND SWITCH. I visited this store Sunday, March 24th. I attempted to purchase a cat scratcher on clearance. The main barcode (rather than the clearance one) was scanned by the cashier. I pointed this out & she got a manager. Manager left for 5+ mins, came back with the other cat scratcher that was also in clearance, and told us that was the price while removing the clearance labels. I found this incredibly sketchy. Additionally, every other store I've been to honors their posted price, even if it is in error. Be warned that at this location, they feel they can change prices on a whim at the register.

Some displays were a little cluttered. I'm guessing Marshalls' does not hire enough workers to straighten up the merchandise on racks and shelves.

Marshall's is a customer service gem! I visited Marshall's 3 times during the holiday season looking for gifts and stocking stuffers. It's a great location for just such shopping. But what's even better is the attention they provide to the customer. As you can imagine, the store was full of patrons, and Marshall's acknowledged that. They treated their patrons time with respect. They had EVERY register open. (You listening, WalMart?) the lines were very long, but the wait to check out was very short. This is the greatest sign that a business is customer oriented. I hate shopping, but have never balked at going to Marshall's. I appreciate how I'm treated there.
