I just had to come on here and share my experience in Maurice’s. This is THE BEST place for jeans and pants. I’ve been coming here for the past 4 years but I have never had customer service like I did today. Although I didn’t find anything in my size(I’m very picky, they had SO many options!), I felt so comfortable. The team here knows how to help you with trying on clothes, and even picking out sets you wouldn’t have tried on if you were shopping without help. The team is very sweet. I have a new sense of confidence after shopping here, and I’m excited to come back:,)

Went in today for a pick up and found a great sale! Thanxs y'all! I can't say how much i love it because it's so much! And pick up in store thank you! Celine is great and some of the other ladies too. Their perfumes are also a hit with my family as the scents are not generic.

This location of Maurice's is the standard for excellent all one in one customer service! The store is lovely inside and everyone who works there comes across as genuine and actually provide more than the usual "I'm just here for the paycheck" retail service.You can tell that everyone who works there LOVES being there. They really do go, what seems to be out of their way for you. When what they do should be the standard. I forever love this store because the clothes are relevant, the prices are really good, and the service is outstanding. My favorite store, hands down.

Sad customer service here. I asked for a dressing room and the girl looked irritated AF. Mind you I could hear her from the dressing room talking about how irritated she was. Apparently while I was in the dressing room BF said she was saying she was the manger and others should be assisting. When I got out I asked her name, it was Catarina or Catrina, something like that and she was the manager. I told her she was rude and she didn't give a care in the world, just kept smiling trying to ignore us. And to top it off BF said she was rude to another customer as well and she even agreed with our statements to this manager. Just because of her attitude I didn't buy my items. I'm sorry but if you think you are above your coworkers or too good to assist customers then service is the wrong field for you. Hope no one else experiences this poor management establishment. Hopefully upper management helps this poor girl.

Store floor employees very helpful and friendly. My wife always finds what she needs when shopping here to look for a new outfit, they just need a better inventory on their shoes.
