Customer service is very very VERY poor. I was getting my toes done and the lady was very aggressive and was filing my toe all the way down to my skin burning me and causing me to bleed then she immediately threw alcohol on it. I don’t normally write reviews ever but I genuinely would not recommend this place. Then I went to pay and she rudely told me to bring cash next time but proceeded to take my card and do to transaction. There will be no next time I will not be returning

I saw that one-star racism review. I couldn't believe it, especially in the Central Valley, where we are not white. I went in there, and they treated me graciously with respect. Maybe it's because of the new management. I'm Cherokee and Filipina. Maybe when you go in expecting racism with an attitude, you become rude and, therefore, repellent. Either way, it was an excellent experience for this nonwhite girl.

Extremely racist. I, a young black woman, entered this establishment wanting a simple polish change. As I was explaining to the middle aged gentleman that I wanted simple gel polish change on my finger nails, a Caucasian woman walked in behind me and the man I was speaking to completely interrupted me, pushed me aside to ask the Caucasian woman how he could help her, totally ignoring me. Props to the Caucasian woman for acknowledging the mistreatment and telling the middle aged man that was not right and that he was indeed exhibiting racism. I left the establishment without getting my nails polished, because he said he could not help me. The Caucasian woman left without getting her nails done as well, as she said “I don’t want to give my money to racists.” I was honestly in disbelief. As we left I told her, “It’s okay.” And she said “No, racism is NOT okay.” And she was correct, this was NOT okay.. I’m very disappointed..

Go to Green Nails & Spa instead, everybody!

I usually do not leave bad reviews but this was the worst service I've experienced on top of my nails not looking good , they were rude. & did not care about what I asked for.. I got a gel manicure, white French tip that was very uneven and sloppy, they overly cut around my cuticle area leaving the area around my nails sensitive and red. I had long nails and simply wanted them shaped and they left me with no length. The man working on my hands was also very aggressive when working on my hands and kept complaining on me not "relaxing my hands" My pedicure was just as bad , my nails were cut way too short & really bad which ended up causing an ingrown, something I had never dealt with before. If someone ends up coming to this place don't let them cut your nails...First and last time I come here, do not recommend to anyone

Was driving in the area needed a quick pedicure. The owners, a couple are very nice and personable. I had a little time and walked in around 4 PM, no wait. Good and bad about this pedicure was: Good - was relaxing and you do not feel rushed. Bad- I had a hangnail that was left behind and was bothering me after my appointment. I don't know if it was missed or if he bypassed it while being gentle during my pedicure.

FAVORITE NAIL PLACE!! I come all the way over from Tulare to this nail salon. They are always so sweet and have great customer service. They all know how to do nails and they take there time to perfect the shape and color your going for!! They have a two week warrant which is so convenient and just goes to show that the care about their clients. Inside is nice and clean. They recently updated the inside.

Girl if u have money & wanna support this soon to be out-of-business ash business then go for it bc they’re nice once u get to talk to them, no smiles but hella non judgmental. I could’ve done my own nails better than this tho. They just wanted to close when I went, my nails are uneven as heck, they didn’t do the bottom of my nails so I’d have to come in for a refill sooner, I asked for coffin and got oval coffin, they didn’t do even coats so some nails are darker than others & I want to cry bc I spent 67$ just to take them off. Debating on going back for a refund but I don’t wanna be a bword. Just save ur money. Learn ur self.

Tracy does an amazing job. She is fast, gentle and my nails always look great. She also has a great eye for color choices and is always willing to do whatever crazy design I am in the mood for. Definitely my go to place now. ??

i was recommended here by a friend and i don't think i will be coming back. i asked for just basic french acrylics and i was left with bulky nails that are lifting off my actual nail, the shape is so wide and doesn't fit my actual nail and left with glue all over both of my hands.

It always a nice time when you go and get your nails time especially when you're a mom, wife and working. I surely didn't expect to be at the salon for 3 hours. No one was there when I arrived and only one other person showed up to get a fill. I got a pedicure (basic) and got a full set (acrylic) I spent the 1st 15 minutes of my time there having the gal at the first desk talk me out of what I wanted, not only that but I couldn't understand what she was saying. My nails look terrible after 1 week exactly.
