Don't bother after waiting over an hour to answer the phone you get a hard of hearing low intelligence moron that can hardly spell or count that doesn't inspire confidence in ordering hundreds of dollars worth of parts. I've had an account for nearly 20 years! Please lose my number Your are incompetent and a waste of my time. Never again

Maybe it didn't take me to the correct location BUT I ended up at a Smith Auto which looks nothing like what Google Maps has it listed as. They provided great customer service! Would recommend Smith Auto to others.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I wanted a simple part for my car and the guy repeatedly kept trying to get me to buy something far more expensive. He kept saying I wouldn't do this to my car as if the car I own was HIS. There are far more car part places in town with much friendly people. And also the parking there is ridiculous. Don't waste your time

Horrible customer service, the guy they're with a high and tight hair cut and mustache talked to a Edison employee for 20 mins about non sense. I was in a rush but stood there patiently while he chatted away. and when I was next to be helped,they seem to purposely avoid helping me ; he paced from the front counter to the back several times and then once he came back he helped the guy behind me. I walked out!

My experience with smith auto was not a good one. I ordered a piston set on a Tuesday and was told it would arrive Thursday morning. On Thursday morning I arrived at the shop to pick up my parts only to be told that they had not come in. Finally on Friday afternoon after much aggravation I got the parts and gave them to my mechanic who called me within half an hour to tell me that I was short Two connecting rods. So another call was put in and I was told the parts would be ordered. I contacted them on Monday and was told the order was put in that morning and my parts would be in Tuesday morning. As you can imagine Tuesday rolled around and no parts thanks to the warehouse not filling the order. So long story short after a couple more days of pushing them I finally got my parts a week and a half after I originally started doing business with this company. Their lack of organization nearly cost me my job as I was off work the whole time I was dealing with this company. The only reason I am giving two stars is because Keith the guy I delt with in the shop went out of his way to try to get things going but his hands were kind of tied as it was the warehouse that kept screwing up. Even though parts were cheaper there it was not worth the trouble and down time on my vechichle. So if you are doing a side project this could be a good place to go as their prices are somewhat cheaper. But if it is your main car that is down then steer clear from here because you will be waiting a while.
