DON'T DO IT! STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!Almost 3 months (2 months and 3 weeks) and still never received my medication. And they never pick up the phone or reply to your text.I've been more than patient and this is so beyond unacceptable. Firstly, the doctor told me my prescription had been sent and I should expect a call or something within 2 weeks. Nothing, so I called to see if it was ready. Only to tell me they never received the prescription. So the doctor sent it again.Received some texts about it getting ready, and was able to get on the phone with with somebody and they seemed courteous. They said it would be ready soon and felt okay finally, but by then I was out of the country for 3 weeks so figured it must be ready when I come back but its been four weeks later and I still didn't get it. Said there was one more ingredient they were waiting on.Called again many times and I couldn't even get a hold of them. Now it's been almost 3 months. Three months!!! That's totally unacceptable. I don't know if they're even a real pharmacy. I feel robbed. The medication was for post surgery scar cream, the sooner I apply it the less chance of scaring. They have literally left me scarred, perhaps never getting the chance I would've had otherwise.STAY AWAY!

Thank you so much my life is back to normal. I’m so happy ? I found nature’s pharmacy after going through 4 years of hormonal problems I finally got help . I feel great. My doctor could not believe that in just three months my hormones had doubled. Thank you ? it is truly a life changer.

The customer service I received from Christina at Nature's Pharmacy was amazing. She was not only very knowledgeable, but spent lots of time answering my questions and trying to track down a rare medication. Highly recommend this business!

after requesting hand compounded nature throid, I willingly took a bottle of what was represented to me, as "good" nature throid old stock. long story short, a hospitalization later and tsh, zooming to a 37, obvously this was not the truth. Had asked for a credit, on my credit card, and communication, subsequent calls, were never answered, and credit never came. so sad.

The pharmacy has not been open on numerous attempts to pickup a script. Phone calls have gone unreturned and a text message was returned but they did not follow thru with what they stated.

Went there on the advice of my doctor. Mostly empty shelves and a very unhelpful receptionist. Definitely not geared towards helping. I definitely won't go here again.

I used Christina's services 10 years ago. The service back then was costly but I was willing to move forward due to health problems. I had a test run through them almost 2 years ago now. Several phone calls and frustrated visits to the pharmacy and I have been unable to set up my consultation appointment for her to read my results to me. I asked for my paperwork so that I could take the results to someone else and she told me I couldnt have them. I am out several hundreds of dollars, no test results and the pharmacy does not seem to care. Would not recommend.

I had a great experience with Christina about 10 years ago. I went back about 2 years ago and paid for a test through the pharmacy. I never received my results or my follow up consult. Many phone calls later I asked if I could just have my paperwork with the results. She said she could not do this, but also could not book my follow up appointment because she was not staffed. 2 years later, I still have no test results and wasted a significant amount of money. Don't know what happened at this pharmacy but would not recommend.

THE worst place ever. My daughter needed her medication, they told her she had to pre-pay for it. SHE NEVER GOT IT because they never made it. Excuse after excuse.

My vet clinic called Nature's Pharmacy to request that my cat's transdermal medication be put in a large dispenser due to my visual impairment, but they said I needed to discuss those details directly with Christina. When I called, the receptionist told me that Christina stepped out but took my number for her to call me back. Four hours later, no response so I called again to follow up. Christina answered and after I told her who I was and what I needed, she got impatient and told me that she was helping another customer. Get this, she told me, "I will call you back after lunch tomorrow." It's been two days and she hasn't called me. Don't bother, Christina - I found another compounding pharmacy to support and send referrals to who won't discriminate my disability or devalue my patronage.

I have been a customer of natures pharmacy for nearly 15 yrs. I have experienced great service. Especially in the area of consultation. Whenever I purchased products Christina's directions were very thorough. It's been a pleasure to be able to rely on them for courtesy and accuracy.

I have been using this pharmacy for years but recently am really disappointed in both service and product. Recent refills took awhile to complete but my last refill took weeks to fill due to not answering the phone, not returning voice messages, etc. finally had to have a nurse call, and then a day later, after 9:00 p.m. I get a TEXT message my refill would be completed. Worse yet, of the four vials in my prescription one was only half full. I could tell it was a mistake because it was full of air between the plunger and the medication. By the time I got to this vial it was too late to complain to the pharmacy. Not sure what's going on but this is not the same service I've received in the past years.

If you actually need your medications, and expect a pharmacy to answer their phone, or return a message, or at least put a sign on the door if they're not there during posted business hours, do not go here. Twice I've come hours before closing ( 2-3:30pm) and no one is there. I've gone weeks without my meds, enduring very unpleasant side effects. The business ethic is more like a ma and pa fruit stand, versus a medical pharmacy. I'm finally just giving up. I'll go back to synthetic meds... at least it's reliable, and I feel cared about.

Worse customer service I have ever experienced. Phone calls are never returned, and it took 4 months to get a prescription processed. Do not waste your time. Fresno has an excellent compound pharmacy that refills Rx the same day!!!
