Small and limited with a few items. Unfortunately, we need a specific part, not sold there. However, the staff is great. Knowledgeable and very polite. They helped me find what I needed in the local area, as we were working out of town and didn't know the landscape. Good help is hard to find.

I am working on small project and needed only a couple things so I figured I would stop here instead of HD since it's closer to me. I was offered assistance by 3 different employees and the lady up front was so sweet! I also found more than what I was expecting! There was one employee that was very helpful and knowledgable on what alternatives could work for my project! He even gave me a couple things like paint can openers and wood blocks for free!! Also bug plus for Yeti and Milwaukee stock. I will definitely be returning here before HD next time!

My family and I shop a Walmart a lot who wouldn't go back for those roll back prices. I wanted to try the online app a guess I didn't know how to use it I think I was using the wrong zip code .But anyway the package came my daughter was so happy .she loves her outfits .she looked at me with the biggest smile that put a smile on my face. It was amazing picking out something she likes. Thank you Walmart.

A disappointment on every level, and I've given it several chances already; would rather take the time and drive a little farther to Home Depot or even Walmart. "Greeter" is friendly and proactive all right-- but unlike OSH, impossible to find any other help on the floor. Stock is poor IMO, merchandise at least 6 times the price of what the chain hardwares charge. Wish it were weren't so, because I prefer supporting our local/small businesses. Cashiers either (a) the least attentive or (b) downright nasty. At the *very most* all you get is a mumbled "There ya go"...not so much as a "thanks." Well ok, Nelson's Ace, thanks, and byeeee! Lol!

Ace Hardware is well stocked on supplies and hardware. Sometimes I will shop there if I need special bolts/nuts/washers/screws, they are better than the big box stores. Workers are really helpful finding something and checking prices.

Always friendly, helpful people greeting you as you walk in, they sell work and western wear!! The lady in charge of that section was soooo nice and helpful! She said she would order something for me if they didn’t have my size in stock! That never happens

25 dollars for a wood fence plank....no thanks...they will be out of business soon at this rate. Maybe train your employees as to what is actually in the store so people don't wait in line for nothing.

Ace always has what I cant find at those other hardware stores. Thats what makes Ace unique. Still has that local neighborhood hardware store feel. I love that.

I like their garden accessories ? I like the evergreen products. Buy the mats. And can switch out inserts 9.99 ea for any occasion. Sweet ? customer service is always good

Hands down, the best customer service anywhere. Why would you go anywhere else when this place has the same stuff larger stores do, but the customer service of a bygone era. The best.
