I never do anything with home depot again after taking about$ $ 5,000.00 for home blinds and some of them defected . They are not taking responsibility for it and they want to charge again for the defected blinds supposed to redo it for free , They do not care about customers satisfaction and the customers service is horrible . They do their works in a Mexico and they charge so much from the customers plus they refused to Redo the right thing to satisfy the customers. I do not like the lousy job and i will never get them to do anything no more .

I have been coming to this Home Depot for the past 10 years. it has gone down hill over the past 2-3 years, and i blame everything on upper management. the customer service here is terrible. people dont greet you or say hi. they seem stand offish and i don't blame them because do what they are told to do. change the management to value customers. also no one available at paint department for like 30 min . terrible organization and overall management.

Home Depot should not let outside vendors be inside the store, for example SUNRUN. Every time I go to this store there is always that same guy trying to sell me solar panels, several times I have said I am not interested but he keeps asking. I avoid this store location for that reason.

absolutely terrible customer service. the managers will walk up to assist and walk away to let an associate accuse you of damaging an item that you received damaged from them. Then when u ask for a corporate number they tell you to look online and refuse to Give it to you. They would rather be rude and treat you like they're better. What happened to customer service? this place is an absolute joke don't even bother. they would rather not accept a return and own their damaged products due to "saving their damage dollars" per Sonia who wasn't even a manager. I didn't spend $400+ on a fridge to be accused of damaging it myself thanks for nothing

Terrible customer service. Never has anything in stock. They will allow you to place an online order, take your money, and then cancel your order! Then you have to wait 5 days for the refund, just to purchase the same product at Lowe's! Because they will actually have it!

Why is it that every time I come to this place I can never find anyone to speak to for assistance, but I always see them when they close one of the lanes. Also, why don't they take Apple pay??

Home Depot trashed my credit and will do nothing. But give me the run around to get it off my record. Home Depot opens an account in my name. They did not verify any of the information. "It was Fraud". The thief got away with over $2K in merchandise. This is the second time that this has happened at Home Depot. The last time was the same runaround. It took me months to get it removed from my record. Because they did not do their research. Now there stating that they have 90 days to review my case. They screwed it up and per their procedures, they get to screw my credit up even longer. They reported false information to the credit bureaus. It was never me at first. I was in the middle of purchasing a home. This dropped my credit score by over 100 points. And Home Depot is not going to do anything until THEY get around to it. Horrible way to screw customers.

Horrible customer service, waited over 20 minutes outside for someone to come help with bbq grill information. Nobody ever came so we left and spent our money elsewhere.

The chip registers frequently default to decline. It's not your card it's them. Citi bank is aware their chip registers malfunction. Home Depot are aware of it. They want you to get a new card... It would be great if they serviced chip readers and stop declining cards.

They have a pretty extensive selection of hardware and home-improvement items, but their customer service felt a bit lacking.. We went in asking the difference between two of their big bug-zappers and the employee literally told us "how am I supposed to know, I've never used them" Then for some reason he went on this strange rant about how they don't teach this stuff in college and how it's useless to ask other peoples' opinions -- what? Anyways, that was definitely an.. experience It's understandable if you don't know which is better, but why act so abrasive? I wouldn't really recommend this place unless you know exactly what you need going in

Selling our house and needed carpet in four rooms. Store advised they had the carpet in stock and we paid for rapid installation, within 10 business days. First called by the installer and advised 3 weeks minimum for installation. We advised we paid extra for rapid installation which they advised wasn't listed. Finally got them to do it on the 10th business day, the last day that would qualify as rapid installation. They were suppose to be at the house with a window of 8am to 11am. Moved all the furniture out, rooms they were to work in were completely gutted. We were called at 0730 this morning, their Window started in 30 minutes, saying someone had called in sick and they would get to us the next week, ie, back to their 3 week installation they originally stated. Looked closely at the receipt, thought the price was a little expensive, but we needed the carpet and I didn't question it originally. They have a almost 1,700 dollar charge for lead paint concerns and construction. My house was built in 1991, lead paint had not been used or manufactured for residential properties for a decade prior to that. Why are they charging me that amount when there is no construction or contact with any paint, it's removal of old carpet and new in. That's it, nothing else, no furniture moving, nothing. Even the section where the carpet meets another floor had already been removed and I am replacing those, they just need to put the carpet in. Needless to say, if we don't get a call back soon from someone advising the carpet is on the way, we will be cancelling the service and getting our money back. If this is the level if service that you can expect from contractors working for Home Depot to perform, I wouldn't have them install a light bulb for me.
