People working there do a great job. Just don’t show up without an appointment. Was instructed by my primary to fast lab at Quest next day after blood donation critical to compare numbers Attempted appointment online once donation made (donation made at 4:30-5pm) day before at 5pm. No online times open before 12 noon. Personally showed up little after 8am first standby on list and had to leave at almost 10:30am too busy and not able to get in. Will run to Visalia Medical Clinic as usual. “Not the employees fault” it’s their system and will not accommodate anyone walking in, appointments are understandably priority. Cannot make appointments for fasting in morning “day before” if you’re Dr instructs you last minute to use this lab tell the Dr to pack sand. When you have a couple days and have the time to make an appt, can see this location as efficient and timely. Noticed the staff working as hard as possible hope they are paid well

The most disorganized, unprofessional lab I have ever had the displeasure of being referred to, with employees so discourteous, I almost want to use the word "getto". They have a front counter that's never manned, and no telephone number (referring everyone to their website). They have a television in the waiting area which repeats instructions, and company policy in a continuous loop. Over and over, the spokesperson says appointments take priority always. So when it was thirty minutes past my appointment time, and several people were called in ahead of me, I finally asked what was going on. Their answer was my appointment (made by my doctor's office) didn't exist. Interesting that their cute, little check-in kiosk confirmed my appointment when I checked in. "Oh...yeah...it does that".
IT DOES WHAT? YOU MEAN IT CONFIRMS THE EXISTENCE OF AN APPOINTMENT?
So they had me on "stand-by" - another way of saying a walk-in with no appointment. We'll get to you when we get to you." When I asked what my wait time might be, I was given a shrug, and an "I dunno. Appointments take priority. Not before Noon."
Keeping in mind that this was at 7:00-a.m.! My apparently non-existent appointment, which their check-in kiosk confirmed, was for 6:30-a.m.

My CC was swiped for $110 & $66 for bloodwork at the Visalia, CA location on Akers Road. I have an Anthem Blue Cross Platinum PPO with no copay and 100% coverage for lab work. I had bloodwork drawn a week earlier at the Tulare, CA location. No CC swiped.
Not cool.

The Hanford office is always slammed but timely. First time visiting the Visalia office in a year and nothing has changed. Only those with appointments are here, only four or less people in the whole waiting room and it’s already 20 minutes past my appointment time. What gives Visalia?
Edit to clarify. The staff are wonderful and likely underpaid. I believe this is likely a managerial issue.

I truly hate quest labs. They are one step before having nothing but AI robots doing all the work. You can't call in. There is no one at the desk. If my doctor requires me to go to quest other than somewhere else, I will fire him

Was surprised at all the negative reviews!? Maybe some expected a pedicure and breakfast lol? Wife was there maybe 15 minutes. Place was super clean, staff was friendly, efficient and very professional. Best lab we've been to yet. Kudos to them!

i had an appointment at 7:30, arrived 15 minutes early and checked in through the link as i was supposed t. I sat there and waited to be called. no reception, had to track down one of the people in the lab and was told the machine had failed to check me in even though I got a text that I was checked in. their response: well it didn't work and now you have to wait as a walk in. Horrible service, rude and disrespectfu. I hope I never have to come back. I'd give them a zero if I could.

The bathroom smelled like urine and it was dirty. There was urine around the base of the toilet. The floors looked like they just pushed the dirt to the corner of the walls.
