CON: Prices are often higher at SM than other grocery stores. PRO: Produce is comparatively fresher and better condition than other local stores. Rarely find expired product on the shelf. Dairy products stay good until well after Best date because it is quickly placed from trucks directly into refrigeration. Store is always organized and clean. Carries more specialty diet products such as GF & DF. Fresh meats are nice quality and LOOK/TASTE fresh after cooking. One of the few grocery stores that will still pack your purchases into bags AND load them into your vehicle. This is a huge benefit for those of us with physical limitations. You don't have to ask for, and then wait for, special help because Save Mart treats ALL their customers with special courtesy.

The employees are very rude and mean. I was trying to find employees to ask if they had a water bottle for pre work-out, and i saw an employee in the alcohol spot when i ask him he said no then later 4 people came and asked me why i was here because i’m underage and i told them why and still decided to kick me out and be rude to me. The worst employees i ever meet!!!

The cashier who rung up my sister was extremely rude. We asked if the proce for the sodas came up because sometimes if you grab the wrong brand it won't. Anyways cashier snapped at her saying she added it. We go to pay and do a split payment of cash and card and go to hand her the 13$ we had and she snapped again saying the total was 22 and we only gave her 13... my sister held up the card and once again said she was doing a split payment. There was no need to be rude and short with us. Wish I got her name to make a formal complaint but I just wanted to get out as fast as I could.

The manager Anissa is not professional and its not a nice person. If your have a problem, ask for a different manager. Otherwise, the rest of the staff is wonderful!

The ladies at the Pharmacy are wonderful and have great customer service. All of the management and employees here have always been super courteous, friendly, and helpful over the years. It makes up for just a few of the employees that look like they don't want to be there and seem lazy.Edit: The savemart bakery here is horrible. They burn their cookies and the last batch I bought tasted like a stale chips a ahoy that's been open for days. That sums up their bakery.

Ordered my stuff on 2-02 with a guy no name tag had a black weeding ring. Of course go pick it up today it was wrong the girl was very nice sad sorry and gave me a discount on 2 of the 4 trays. But it wasn't what i ordered i know everyone thinks this isn't a big deal but it is. It comes down to people not caring and no one getting in trouble. Thanks for the worse day F Crumrine
