That has to be the most unfriendly store I have ever been to. Not one person smiled, said good morning or showed any emotion at all.

Same issues, different location
Tried another Save Mart, hoping for a better experience — but unfortunately, it was basically the same story.
The store had a strange smell, the overall layout and design felt outdated, and the prices were noticeably higher than other local grocery options like WinCo. The produce didn’t look especially fresh, and the whole place just had a tired, off-putting vibe.
Once again, doors were locked in the evening, funneling everyone through some odd exit situation. I get that they might be dealing with security issues, but it just makes for an awkward shopping experience.
2 stars. Technically functional, but not a place I’d choose to shop unless it’s the only option nearby.

Had a rude cashier swipe an item from my hand at self check out and was in a agitated state over a coupon redemption 6/30/25. Might need to reconsider shopping here again…

This store used to have a professional and helpful Customer service but here lately for the past 7 months I have witnessed Staff members harassing the homeless. I have been short changing there twice and when I told her you for got my $10 she got upset. I have seen them kick homeless people on their sides when they’re sitting down, I have seen them kick the homeless personal belongings, A few weeks ago, I saw three of them surround a kid with his skateboard going back-and-forth. I asked them, hey why are you doing that to leave that kid alone, they said,” oh we caught him stealing” and just as one of them said that one of the guys took the skateboard slammed it on the ground trying to break it. Tonight I saw two employees walking to a car, A man with a beard he is probably 6 foot 2 and a tall thin blonde girl. The blonde girl threw something at a homeless man that was sitting in the Burger King area not even the Save Mart area. The homeless man said, “I didn’t do anything to you, I didn’t deserve that.” The two employees just laughed. This store is horrible in the evening. I have witnessed employees yelling at customers. All this is in the evenings only.

Carts are worse than Wal-Mart. An employee saw me exchange 3 carts because they had terrible wheels and She said, "They're all like that...good luck" So I just walked out.

I've live near this store and go there a lot for convenience. The customer service was good for most of that time but lately not so much? When you tell a cashier "Have a good night and they give no response in my opinion that's kind of rude. I expect that customer service at a convenience store but not Save Mart. Kind if disappointed.
