“I have been a customer of 6 yrs and will never go anywhere else. I spend monthly $800+ a month on units and extremely satisfied by the cleaniness, professionalism, office decorated on all holidays , and top notch outdoor landscaping/flowers. Peaceful setting. The office personel are fun and make one feel special. They have A+ reputation in Kings/Tulare county. Considered The Best. I agree!”

“The front office was beyond helpful and patient. We weren’t sure what we needed so she took us to several possible units then back again to be certain. The set up process was streamlined and easy. Security procedures make me feel confident that my belongings are safe as well. The units are clean and they take into account big and rodent treatments which prior storage facilities have never done. I am so glad our usual facility was full and we found Derrel’s. The price for the space is reasonable but with the promotion it was very affordable!”

“I've been with mid valley storage at the Santa fe location for over a year now. They've been fantastic to me. The storage I have is perfect size and best price in town for my budget. Being that my storage is inside a building that I'm able to drive into I don't worry about my things being covered in dust and spider webs. Lighting and doors are automated by sensors and so I never worry about being able to see in the dark. My property is secured with gate code access upon entry and exit unlike any other and they have top of the line security cameras. I am always greeted with a smile and very friendly staff. I appreciate the 10 day grace period as with these last couple months business was slow for me but they are awesome and I got my rent paid without a huge late fee. I am blessed to n have found this place when I did and its so convenient only a few blocks from my house. Really can't say enough I just love this place.”

“I recently hired this team for a move and could not have been happier with the experience! From my very first inquiry, they were professional, responsive, and so easy to work with. Every question I had was answered quickly and kindly, which made the whole process feel smooth and stress free. On moving day, the team was efficient, hard working, and careful with all of my belongings. They stayed positive and friendly the entire time, and their energy made a stressful day so much easier. To top it all off, their pricing was absolutely unbeatable. I cannot recommend them enough, and I will absolutely be using them again for any future moves!10 stars if I could give it to them!”

“Never have had any problems here. New management has cleaned up the facility. Junk not allowed to sit in stalls. Easy to work with. A plus is the dump station, just have to pull up to it at the right angle. Has a sink close by to wash your hands after dumping. If I could, I would store my boat here too.”

“The manager at this store is the most amazing lady she solves problems. She’s very professional. She helps you in last-minute situations. This business should be so grateful to have this person and consider her for an amazing race without her. I think the store would be in shambles God bless thank you U-Haul.”
