They don't give out gas prices over the phone. Gas prices not set on any website. Forcing us to go there doesn't mean we will spend money even if we are there.

Had a very bad experience here . Guy standing at the door was very rude . The line outside is during lunchtime at golden west. I get it , it’s different nowadays perhaps investing in security would be a better option to fully watch the store . I guess during lunch time at golden west they only allow 2 people in the store at a time . What ??? 2 people getting things ,being the restroom ,and paying for whatever is bought for 2 people at a time ?? I couldn’t believe it . I had to stop n just use the restroom and put gas. When I got down there was a long line and I asked the worker if I could go in to use the restroom . He said “no you have to pay for something to use the restroom . “Wow ! Never heard of a gas station not allowing restroom without buying something use that’s usually liquor stores . Nonetheless I then said “ I’m paying with my card for gas but I need to use restroom still” assuming I could use the restroom since I was then a customer who purchased something . The worker then stated “ sorry you have to wait your turn in line “ there was about 17 people in the picture …but behind the truck parked their was a lot more as well. I thought this was so ridiculous so I didn’t put gas paid for a coffee next door and used the restroom without having to buy something but did anyways because I’d rather my money go to them instead of the horrible system at lunch time for the high schoolers . Save your money !

I was told today when I called this store that it was illegal for them to tell me the price of gas over the phone and then they hung up on me and refused to answer the phone when I called back to speak with a manager. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable for any business to treat their customers this way.. it’s because customers don’t receive the service that they should and workers can get away with anything with out the fear of being fired. I suggest that if they can’t tell you how much over the phone then they won’t be getting my money that’s for sure. What a disappointment on how this world is it’s just sad.

Quick, very clean and convenient. But the low stars are because they are very unfriendly and cold. Not what you'd expect from a small neighborhood store or from the Shell company. It feels like they think they are superior and hate every minute that they have to interact with the little people.

Worst store ever. Price gouging on little bottles of sanitizer, smokes are $2 higher than anyone else and they can’t break a hundred. Fuel is 40 cents a gallon cheaper around the corner, don’t waste your time and money here
