Took my car down to have a smog test, they came back to me and said it had to be driven more because the computer didn't get a read on all the systems yet, so I went to get the keys so I could put some miles on it but they insisted I pay $50. Then I said so if I bring it back after driving it how much will it cost when it passes, He said with the certificate it will be $80. I asked him why they would charge if the car was not smog ready - why not charge the residual for the certificate - and they just stone-walled me, In the end I had to pay the $50 to get my keys back. I've been a customer for 25yrs this was the last time I will ever go the the Shell station. Took it to another station just miles away they checked it with a ODB code reader and said it was ready to smog. put it on the smog machine - Passed and a total of $50 for the test and the certificate both. They didn't charge to check if it was ready on the ODB reader.... Never again Shell !!!!

Highly recommended this place for repair work, oil change, smog, etc. The prices are great and the service men are very knowledgeable. I give me business to them for all vehicles. If they can't do the job, they always recommend someone who can.

I get my oil changes done here and any repairs needed. The owner is a wonderful man and is super friendly and honest. I def recommend this business!!!

The station is always clean and well kept. Smog prices are very affordable, and service is very quick! I recommend them for your smog certificate and service, as I've always been happy with their work!

This was the first time I had to have my car smoged since my husband passed and the gentlemen at the station were so nice and so efficient. Just one more “first” since he passed and i appreciated the courtesy and efficiency. Now I understand that’s why he always took our cars there to have the smog check done. Thank you.

I've been going here the last ten years to get my truck smogged, which is every other year. The owner or whoever he is, is an older guy. He is a dick. It seems each time I go there he gets grumpier and has even shittier customer service skills. Other members of my family have had issues there too. Today was the last straw. I dropped my truck off, he acted like that was a pain in his a*** Then I forgot to hand him my keys and he literally yelled at me to give it to him. He's lucky I was in a good mood or I would have confronted him over his lack of professionalism. I asked him if I would be contacted when it is finished or if I should check in at a certain time. He acted like that was a pain in his a** too and yelled at me that he would call me. Well six hours later passed and I hadn't heard from him, so I called. Come to find out according to another worker there, my truck had been done for a few hours. He did not follow through with his word. Lost a lot of respect for the place. If you run a business, act like it and don't be an a*** Last time I go there. They lost my business. Avoid the place, the older guy is a dick and probably shouldn't be running the place.

I spent over $1100 to repair issues on my 05 Nissan Altima so smog can pass. Catalytic converter, sensors and what ever else. A month later check engine light back on. They refuse to check the issue and want to charge $85 to diagnose the issue again and that $85 will not apply for what ever repair is needed. Crappy service .

Fair and Honest people. In my experience they won’t nickel and dime you or ask you to grab your ankles if your vehicle won’t pass smog. They are old school and treat you right so you’ll come back instead of trying to empty your pockets in one shot. Good people/businesses are hard to find these days. But when I do I’m to support they’re business!?????
