I went to use the restroom at the arco at 7:15am Saturday morning,and the woman's bathroom was trashed. Dirty nasty and out of toilet paper. I notified the men working and there was 3 men, I was told they r not allowed to clean the woman's bathroom and the female manager there( a young girl early 20's) refused to clean the bathroom. She said she wasn't going to. Cause she didn't want to. I could not believe a female manager could be so Lazy, and rude no customer service. Absolutely horrifying to think she is a manager. I expressed my feelings of how unethical that was in a place of business

Came here and they didn't want to service me because the chip on my debit card was broken. So I used the ATM machine pulled out cash and cashier still game me the wrong change till I showed him how much he gave me. Just on alert if you come here..

I like this gas station. Good location and has good food to choose from. The only bad part about shell stations is if your chip dont work then you wouldnt be able to purchase anything.

They have an abundance of snacks, drinks, and warm food to choose from, which is great! Unfortunately, what they are lacking is good customer service and courteousness. Most of the time the employees will treat you like your an inconvenience to them and good luck getting a "hello", "thank you", "goodbye", etc. out of them. They also tack on a $.75 fee to any debit transaction without notifying/asking you. I didn't even notice this for the longest time because of how quickly they add it on to your transaction and the lack of a receipt.

Really nice place. Clean fully stocked. Gave two star review because of service. Cashier sitting down texting and when I went to counter to pay for merchandise, she made me feel like I was bothering her. Not a hello a thank you nothing. Felt like self pay cash register with an attitude.

The service is good. The down side is that they stop make food way to early. I have my lunch at 6pm and there is never anything to grab for lunch!!!!

A regular stop for us at this location. Great selection in the store. Never had a problem using our shell points card here, unlike other locations.
