Sierra Nevada Farms is a family-owned farming operation that currently produces farm fresh and sustainably raised pork at the former Sam’s Hog Ranch and Custom Slaughterhouse in Visalia, California. With customer service, cleanliness, and sanitation at the forefront of our business, we strive to provide a fresh, safe, readily available product to our customers! Currently, Sierra Nevada Farms operates a sow herd of approximately 250 sows with intentions to expand to provide opportunities for growth in niche markets and our on-farm state inspected harvest facility.

    Excellent pork! Their German sausage have basic seasoning and it tastes wonderful that way! Their bacon is by far the best I have ever eaten and you cannot honestly go wrong with any of their products. Buy local and support local businesses!
