Nice staff but a store for women. No men's clothing that I seen but a decent store would recommend bc of service.

Way too overpriced for a thrift store a simple blouse was $25 at that price I'd rather buy something new at Walmart. There are way cheaper thrift stores on main if you look around I was gonna donate but not worth my time if it's more just for profit then helping people thrift stores shouldn't have mall store prices.

I love it I go there for all my second finds and come out with scores more then often .but sometimes I find things over costly like 50-100 dollars I mean I should go buy it new then. Or have surprises on them like damaged or gross..... now I still go there but I say wash it afterwards I had found pretty things but the amount damage for cost wasn't worth it but still have luck here and there but perks thirfting

The two cashiers working 5pm on 8/8/22 didn’t even greet me , and when I was looking around they followed me to the back and I had an item in my hand and she was making sure I didn’t “ steal “ anything, I’m Mexican I already knew off the bat that they were racially profiling , I also had my son with me and he has autism , when I went to check out they didn’t acknowledge him or say Hi , and they were mugging him , I understand it’s towards the end of the day and it’s time to close but the least they can do is say hi , they were staring at him with a ugly mean face , triggered him into having a meltdown. Will not be coming here again.

I am literally standing in the middle of this store and have been here for about 10 minutes and not one single associate has said one word to me!!?? But they’ve been talking to other customers. What’s the deal people!!?? The only conversation I’ve had is with another customer. Needless to say… I will not be coming back!

Great store. The staff are very helpful and informative They have a great selection of goods from clothing to furniture and the prices are very reasonable. This was my first time in the store and a very nice experience.

it's only good if you have money. everything is ridiculously overpriced, especially for a second hand store. they mainly focus on name brands and don't even care for the condition. 24$ for some beat up boots! should've stayed at rescue treasures.

Got this for my bungalow ? sis got a set of dishes. I’ve already told two others about the shop and I’m going back. (I’ll forget that I was being followed by the clerks. I smiled and got chatty)

Simply Chic is a cool store. Much larger than it appears from the outside. They have a wide selection of gently used accessories and apparel for men, women and children as well as, a lot of unique home good items. I wish the boutique's vast shoe selection was as organized as everything else in the store. Some of the items are priced too high for being secondhand, which is unfortunate. The staff is very kind and helpful. Check it out if you're in the area.

Walked into this shop today to do some Christmas shopping with my Mom in downtown Visalia. We walked in the door and there was no greeting or “Hello”. Right away we were instructed we needed to have a mask on in order to be in the store. There was nobody even shopping in this store at this time. I felt this was beyond rude. We have done business here for a long while and now I will never return to this store. This is supposed to be a Christian store and this was not welcoming, but instead demanding. This was not very Christian like. As a medically exempt AMERICAN/Christian I’m appalled that businesses like this would still be discriminating against people.

Absolutely love this store! Proceeds go to the wonderful Visalia Rescue Mission, you can pay for a meal for another that wouldn't have a meal ☺️. The items are beautiful and the staff is amazing and the love of our Savior Jesus Christ is abundent.
