Bought bullets yesterday and got approved and came back to pick them up and was expected to wait an hour or so which would have taken less then 15 seconds. I understand if wanting to look at guns or needing help..stand in line and wait...but just picking someing up should not be a whole day affair. Will not come here again...

It seems to me the gun department doesn't want anyone's business considering the way they treat customers. They will ignore you and make you wait at least 30-45 mins and then when they are finally gracious enough to acknowledge your existent you will be treated with contempt. Do yourself a favor and make the drive to go to the Fresno store

They are super nice at they gun and ammo counter but I agree with the other reviewers. It isn't clear which counter is for what or which customer arrived first. It's very unclear and it does take a long time. I've come in and walked out twice now due to the excessive wait time.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is obviously is still open for business, but it isn't for their customer service. I went in the store to check it out and buy a gift card. I was in the store for 30 minutes and not single employee said a word to me. I was never greeted, no one asked if I needed help, or even acknowledged I was there. I walked up and down the gun cases looking at the guns. The 2 gentlemen working, even though they were with customers, never said hello or that they would be with me in a moment, nothing. I never ever get that kind of service at other local gun stores. Goes to show that corporate retailers just do not care about their customers.

Ray at sportsman’s warehouse was extremely helpful when I needed help with reloading supplies. I’m reloading for the first time. The information and recommendations I got from Ray were great. I’m happy everything I needed was in stock and at fair prices. I’m very pleased with my visit to sportsman’s warehouse Visalia and I’m glad Ray was around. Knowledgeable staff, fair prices, and everything in stock.

The store has everything you need for camping and fishing. I Been getting fishing licenses there for years . This last visit unfortunately with probably be the last. I was waiting at counter where I got them before for a very long time . There was cashier at the regular registers with a manager talking to her. The counter isn't far away. I made eye contact with them , smiled and nodded head. They did same. I thought they would help at counter or send someone. I waited another 5 minutes and another associate grabbed something behind counter and asked what I needed. When I told him , he said it's done at registers now. .. I told the 2 people thank goodness the guy came there otherwise I would be there all day. The manager said there is sign that says licensing is done at registers now. That's upsetting because I clearly didn't see the sign but there was no customer but me in store. They seen me and could have let me know instead of being rude. Sorry love review but this just happened and I'm still upset at the service
