Reserved an iPhone 14 Pro Max that was the last model in the entire area with my name on it. Was told I can come back anytime before 6pm to pick it up. When I came back two hours later, they sold my phone to somebody else. I wouldn’t have taken a lunch or put money down to secure it, but they decided to unethically sell it, and also lie that I can’t ’reserve it’ although they offered it to me. Reported these crooks to cooperate to pay them a visit and check their dishonesty and ethical standards. Never coming back. Deserves 0 stars.

We went in there and we had a customer representative by the name of Alex and everything was fine. We were all laughing and joking because My friend needed a phone so we upgraded her phone and he did not tell us the correct amount of the phone. He did not tell us how many gigabytes it was or anything, and then he did not put on the screen protector and then when we told a manager about it, they said that he said that we are being very rude when we were all getting along laughing and joking together and that he was just trying to get us out of the store so that’s why he didn’t do his job correctly. We were there right when they open and everybody seem to not want to be there like they did not want to do their job, and they all had an attitude

Unfortunately I didn't read the associates name tag, and I'm not usually one to write reviews... but disappointment is an extreme understatement. I walk in and I state that I'm here to purchase two iPhone 13's... and a trade in of an iPhone 13 mini for a regular size. I had just previously browsed online and it stated that my iPhone trade in would almost completely eliminate the cost of the new one (duh because they're basically the same phone - with no cracks, water damage, etc.). When I mentioned this to the lady, she argued that my phone is of no value... then another associate chimed in with the fact that she was incorrect. She then goes on to ask me multiple questions that I was unsure of... so I politely asked for her to explain. I had also already handed her my ID, which she could've obviously taken note of the fact that I'm barely 18 and made the assumption that this is likely my first time doing this. After stating multiple times that I needed help understanding some of the questions she was asking me, she said to me; "If you're just trying to buy some phones, this isn't the place for you. Maybe you should try Best Buy or something." T-Mobile, you should really check your employees. I'm embarrassed, offended, and really disappointed in your customer service... or lack thereof. Wont be coming here again, and definitely wont be buying from, or continuing any subscriptions with T-Mobile.

I had problems with a business internet router that wasn't connecting that was sent to me. After calling their main customer service number it seemed like there was no solution as it was most likely due to a tower issue in our area. I decided to go in to a local store to see if they offered internet only there and if they would be able to help. I am so glad I did! The manager working on 9/11/23 (I think his name was Alejandro) did an amazing job and had tried out 2 other routers before finding one that actually connected for me. I feel the manager went above and beyond, and if he weren't there to offer assistance, I would have just returned the product through the mail and would have chosen another carrier. I can't say enough on how helpful he was!

my fiancé and I got helped from Johnny he was very nice and friendly he was very knowledgeable and made the process for a new phone super easy and fast.Highly recommend more people like himself. Thank you Johnny! ?

Went to two separate T-Mobile stores to check into a deal on the Samsung Galaxy s23 ultra. I got different information from the two places. In both cases I had to wait approximately 5:00 to 10 minutes to get service.

They had a good selection of phones and accessories. The best I have seen yet. They were able to give me solid answers and were able to show me the other colors on the phone that I was interested in.

Been to a lot of phone stores, but this place is 100% fantastic. There rep's are ready to help, answered all our questions and helped us switch to T Mobile and kept our phones. We're on the 55+ plan $64 for 2 lines (unlimited). Great phones and texting.

The store is nice and clean. The manager and employees are courteous, helpful and friendly. I did not wait very long to be helped and the process was quick.

I find it very odd that selling phones is no big deal. They have little in stocks. Have no problem sending you to Walmart or somewhere else to buy a phone.
