I called in because my online order was cancelled due to my own mistake. I hadn't shopped at target in over a year and didn't realize my target had been changed from mooney to north. I called to explain that I made a mistake but I wanted to receive my items. The guy who answered at 9:53 pm told me I could pick up the items, I asked him tonight? he said oh nah were closing. I asked can I pick up my items tomorrow. He said yeah you should be good. So I proceeded to ask do you need my name, order # he said nah. When I said how do you know who is calling and what my order is, he hung on me. I called right back and my call was ignored. I'm upset because of the treatment I know I messed up and should have double checked the address but to not have the time to look up and order and proceed to hang up on a customer is unacceptable.

I believe I’m one of Targets biggest fans. I never shop Walmart! I always leave Target satisfied and happy with my purchases. They always have new selections. I always find what I’m looking for and more. The cashiers/staff are always friendly and helpful. The store has always been clean.

They forgot 4 of my items. My husband went back to get them after we got home, we live on the opposite side of town. He got there and told the Drive Up girl. She went in to find the missing bags and came out with 2 items, he let her know we were still missing 2 items and she gets an attitude with him. She went back to get it but was very rude about it.

I left my EBT card at home and ran out of gas nearby. I was hungry and so I went inside to purchase items since I had added my EBT card to my wallet. You can purchase items online with your EBT card. But you cannot use it from your wallet at the registers. And if you do try, your phone number isn't enough,. You have to download the app and scan your code at the register.

The only thing that sucks about this place is their Starbucks ! They always have just 1 employee working! And taking orders and making drinks if your in a hurry I suggest just mobile ordering somewhere else they take forever they need more Starbucks employees helping out ! I literally waited in line for 10 minutes for a dam drink

Target on north Visalia needs to hired people with good personality so they can provide good customer service one of there employees yelled at me, out of no where just because I was trying to return something and I didn’t have a receipt WTH!!!! Did a drive up order it’s been over 5 hours and no one in the store answers the phone. Have called over 8 times. A few times I could hear the phone picked up and than put right back down to hang up. Called ever extension and not a single person in the whole store could answer.
