Horrible cut, she gave me a mullet. Jessica blew my bangs straight down plastered to my forehead because she had cut them to short. I wear my bangs brushed to the side so either she didn’t notice my style or …. The atmosphere was tense in the salon and Country music was blaring and no one talked to each other. Jessica rolled her eyes when I changed my mind about getting a 1/4 inch of the bottom. I felt so uncomfortable all I wanted to do was leave.

My haircut is horrible, she gave me a mullet!!!!! when I asked for a tapered, layered cut which all she had to do was follow the past cut. It is literally 1 inch long on the top and then the layers get very long, it's the weirdest cut I've ever had in my life. The salon blasts Country Western music. When I walked into salon no one said hello. I walked up to counter and stated I had an appointment with Jessica. She looked up from her phone and said oh that's me and didn't smile, nothing. I should have left then as the salon was tense filled. And obviously she cut my hair the way she wanted to. The only good thing about this is my hair will grow out

If I could give this place a zero, I would! Really bad customer service! Jessica did my hair and she did a horrible job washing and conditioning my hair, she was so rough it felt like she was literally pulling my hair out and she made me wait with my hair color on for over an hour, and all the while she was doing other peoples hair, while she had me sitting with my hair color in my hair. All she did is talk and eating in between, please do not go to her, she was really bad at doing my hair!
