Great location. The Salon is classy, clean and the vibe is on the higher end. I was greeted right when I walked in. It's a great salon to get pampered because it's a full service spa. I got my lashes done with Sylvia and my nails and pedicure with Ruby. Ruby has a private room and the ambience is phenomenal, welcoming, & soothing. She closed the door for privacy, the mood was set right. Especially when having a long day. The music was something different but soothing low and helped me unwind. She offered a glass of wine and snack while I sat back and relaxed. The Stress Relief Pedicure is my favorite from the essential oils, and the message. When I say message I am not selling it short. It's worth every penny. I recommend everyone and anyone to try this place, and the services here.

I see Ruby for my pedicures, and I’m so happy I found her. She does a great job. Explains everything in detail. She works with my troubled toe nails. She does miracles !

I’ve had a horrible experience. I went exactly a year ago and saw Maria for extensions. I gave her an inspo pic and paid over $1400 for my extensions and service and received nothing as to what I wanted. After she was done and I looked in the mirror it looked a bit choppy and not to blended however I thought I was just me not used to them however the next day once the curls had gone down and I showered it was horrible. I was so embarrassed to go out or even have my hair down. I had to always wear my hair in a ponytail. I text her back the next day and showed her the picture of how my hair looked after it was dry and she had the odasity to even ask if I had colored it. I asked her if I could go in to get it fixed and she said there would be a charge. Even to take them out. I told her I didn’t have money to even take them out so I would get in contact with her at a later date. After thinking about how our last conversation went after I told her I didn’t like them I wasn’t even willing to allow that lady to touch my hair ever again.I ended up taking them out myself. We even had a consultation and I explained to her exactly what I wanted. I made it extremely clear to her. What I asked for and what I got.

Today I had a wonderful experience with Ruby! It's such a relaxing atmosphere and everyone is so nice. I spoke with Julie about a new hair cut and she was very nice. I love my pedicure! Thanks Ruby!!!!

Went here to have my wife's hair done for her birthday, we had our infant son with us and they were not kid friendly and they were very rude one lady there was nice and put Ms Rachel on the TV for him but the owner and other hair stylist were being rude and talking loudly so the baby couldn't hear the Tv... It's high end and very snooty we felt judged and uncomfortable. Would not go here again and we were overcharged. They had nice couches though.

I received one of the best massages I've ever had from Candace. She is amazing. Her pressure is perfect and she just seems to be able to find the right spot that needs work everytime. I highly recommend!

Ashley is amazing! Gets back to me promptly and schedules appointments in a timely fashion, pleasant attitude. She does a great job on my hair and I'm 48. She also did a great job on my daughters hair who is 12, so she has range! I highly recommend.

I randomly discovered this salon when I moved back to Visalia about a year ago. They returned my call quickly and had me booked to see a stylist within the week. Everyone at the salon has been been welcoming and friendly since day one. I highly recommend my hairstylist, Ashleigh. Her high attention to detail is phenomenal and she is always willing to put in the efforts for my desired look. To top it all off, pricing is reasonable and I always enjoy the great company. Highly recommend!!!

As soon as I walked into this salon I felt welcomed and comfortable, I was greeted by a stylist named Maggie who ended up giving me a nice fade and cut on top. I will be coming back specifically because of her service and how she treated me, I recommend calling ahead to book her and plan in advanced before she’s fully booked. 10/10 will be referring!
