Went in today and They have a check in program that after 9 visits of spending $20 or more you get a $20 store credit so I went in expecting to spend my $20 credit but then was told I had to spend $20 more in order to use the $20 credit I already had and it couldn't go towards the item I was going to buy. And the guy kept talking to me like I was an idiot. Never had an experience like that here but now I don't feel like ever coming back if they have workers that will be rude to you just cause you want to use the credit you already had for spending so much. Very weird way of giving back to your customers who obviously like going to you guys for their smoking needs. Never been to a store that will give you $20 credit but in order to use it you need to spend another $20

Great inventory of water pipes, vapes and other smoking devices as well as the necessary extras. Located in the business district of Visalia between Church and Bridge on Main St. where the Christmas parade goes each year.Great experience and friendly staffer Ryan was very informed.Overall, definitely worth a look even if you don't smoke.
