Total Knowledge Computer Services is a smaller shop known for fast work and reasonable pricing. The staff are great guys, willing to work with the customer and up front with everything. They are super helpful, knowledgeable, and thorough, going above and beyond to assist. They are patient, thoughtful, and eager to help, ensuring the customer understands everything. They provide useful knowledge on parts and pieces. Customers highly recommend skipping others in Visalia, as this shop's service is fire and the big companies can't compete. Many state they will definitely come back for any new computer needs.
Great guys, willing to work with the customer, and they're up front with everything. Very reasonable pricing and fast work for a smaller shop.
