I’m not a customer but see the bank property almost every day right on Main Street ….my questions is why no US flag on the very nice flag pole …my theory ,,,street vandals have stolen or vandalized the flag and the ropes and the pole or all of the above…..my simple solution …replace the flag pole ropes but place the pole rope connection out of reach say 10 feet above the ground on the pole. So it can’t be mess with …street vandals are lazy this should defeat them …then install overnight lighting on the flag…this would really spruce up downtown …that pole looks like we have been defeated on our flag was removed …very negative vibes feels looks imo

I come in, get the best welcoming hello and smiles. They now me by name. I feel comfortable and happy there. I have anxiety but I don’t when I enter Tri Counties. The nicest people there. I give thumbs up. I give them ? percent approval and appreciation. Thank you Tri Counties staff

This bank is not worth going to. They lie and they would treat people different then other people. The manager would come to our office and wait to talk to my wife and when insaid she's not here he stood there and waited. There is a few people there iblike bit the manager there was rude. He shut our accounts down with out telling us making checks bounce and didn't care. Please think about going here. My last posts they did they took down. Very unprofessional.

Even though I use bank app due to covid I like when needed to visit staff at my bank, always satisfied they go the extra mile, also keep an eye on my meager income..

Our family has banked here for over 10 years. Recently they started applying their so-called policies in a discriminatory manner. They suddenly started enforcing "policies" at their discretion, whenever they felt like it, with no explanation, because the new staff didn't like us. This bank has extremely high turnover. We filed a discrimination claim then the manager closed our accounts with no notice whatsoever! The Visalia branch manager is unethical and unprofessional and his conduct is ripe for a lawsuit. I would give a zero star if I could. Do not bank here.

One of the BEST tri counties bank locations, staff there are super friendly and helpful and they always remember my name and are very professional and personable at the same time!!
