The guys are friendly, but they are incredibly lacking in communication. Dropped my phone off to have two things fixed, was told it would take about 2-3 hrs, I had to call them back 4.5 hrs later to see what was going on. They told me my phone was finished with both problems taken care of, I get home and my phone still won't charge (one of the original problems) . I come back the next day to find out they had never replaced my charging port as they said they did the night before and that due to the situation, their shop can't actually work on it and I'll have to have it fixed elsewhere or mailed in to the manufacturer. Oh and this is after I had already been in two days prior when I had first come in to the shop to see if they could do the job in the first place and the sales Associate ordered in the parts needed. That's 5 days they've wasted on top of the time it is now going to take to get my phone properly fixed. In all I talked to about 4 different salesmen and this could have been prevented had the first dude I talked to had actually asked the right questions pertaining to my service. They seem disorganized, non communicative, and in need of more training.

Took my husband's cell phone that he also uses as a work phone and talked to someone upfront explained and showed him the screen, he gave me an estimated time of an hr. I waited and it was done in that time frame. I appreciated it being done and being same day service.

My Samsung S20 phone was ran over and I filed a claim same day with my carrier which referred me to this place. Got off work and went there immediately. They fixed it like brand new and I was able to pick it up next day! My picture quality even looks crisper. Thanks.

Laptop cannot be fixed, needs to be sent to manufacturer (which is totally cool) what really disappoints me is the reassembly quality. I heard something shaking loose inside my computer. I take the back off to find the source and see something you never want to see. My motherboard was not seated correctly before screws were tightened flexing the motherboard and ssd slightly potentially causing more damage worsening its condition. Various ports do not line up with the laptops frame on the affected side. The missing screw that belongs screwed into the motherboard has found its way up underneath the otherside of the motherboard where the keyboard would be. Getting mad won't change anything but yeah, I'm pretty bummed.

went there 3 weeks in a row only for them to tell me I could have probably saved time and money if I submitted a repair ticket through Samsung. unprofessional service.

I've had my fair share of repairs in this location, but this is the first time I've had a bad experience here. I dropped of my phone on Friday for repairs and was told that they were going to contact me once my repairs was done, but I was not contacted at all by any means. I tried calling their store, but their phone system is not working. When I called and got routed to their store, it rang and rang and then hanged up. So I dont know what's going on with their VOIP system, it needs to be fixed or something. Then I had to drive into the store the next day to find out that it was already done. In the past I had no issues here, but this is the first time I've really had bad issues to bad communications. Next time I might just go to the Fresno store as usual.

First of all, I was impressed and very pleased with the quality of workmanship in the repair of my cracked screen. A Pixel 6 Pro. Friendly staff, I spoke to two different clerks, I believe that there may have been other workers in the back but I am not sure how many. They were extremely busy the entire time that I was there. Yet, they did exactly what they needed to do to repair my phone in the timeframe that they promised.A couple customers that came in were not very pleased, but what I understood was that the store was waiting for the proper parts to arrive that were on order. Which was beyond the clerks control. The clerks handled the situation in a positive and professional manner.Thanks again for the excellent service!!

I went in to get my phone fixed and they said it would be ready in 3 hours. After the 3hrs i came back and told me they couldnt fix it because of some mumbo jumbo and only Samsung would be able to fix it properly so i just let it go but yesterday i contacted a small local shop and asked if he would be able to fix it and he said yeah no problem, he mentioned this shop had stripped the screws and they left some out but he could still fix it. I left it with him and he had it looking brand new in literally less than 30 minutes.

Dont bring your device here, if you expect to have it back in a timely fashion. I brought in my iPad to have the screen replaced. It’s been 3 weeks and they keep stringing me along as to why it’s not fixed. Bad costumer service, as they just just string you along the whole time making excuses. The common appeasement line “your device is on our technician desk”. Heard that multiple times.

They did an excellent job on repairing my husbands phone. We used them due to our phone insurance with ATT and it was very simple. The only reason I knocked a star is I couldn’t get ahold of them for the life of me the day of the appointment. I had 2 questions but couldn’t get ahold of anyone. Called 3 times and waited about 20 minutes total but nothing. It worked out but yeah that’s that.

They were in absolutely beyond kind and professional. They understood what I needed. They gave me timeframe in which to come back. It was ready when I got there.If had known, it was going to be that easy to get the screen replaced I would’ve done it much sooner

The technician is very knowledgable and helpful. My son dented the plastic lens on my HP laptop camera, so my husband and I took it in to see if it could be fixed. The technician was honest and very helpful. He explained that the camera was still good, but the plastic lens was not something he could order so he advised getting a camera lens cover on Amazon. He quickly removed the bent lens and showed us how the camera was still functional. I was able to order a lens cover on Amazon for under $10. He saved us money and didn't charge for removing the damaged lens. Thank you, UBreakifix!

Their main gig is to get people to sign up for the Asurion protection plan, which is a complete racket. I'm now out over $950 between the cost of the laptop I brought in for a repair, the one-time service fee, and the monthly protection plan. My laptop was supposed to be processed as a "buy-out," AKA they ship me a new device because they couldn't repair mine, two weeks ago! Still nothing, and it feels like they're dragging their feet so they can eke another monthly subscription fee out of me.If I could go back in time, I would have run not walked out of this store. I suspect that the "replacement device" is going to be a refurbished laptop they took from some other poor rube. Every *person* I've talked to has been just fine, but none of them have actually been able to help resolve the situation in a satisfactory manner. Scammy, slow, and not worth the amount of effort it has taken so far.Update to the review: at some point it seemed like this might be resolved in an OK manner. But, my laptop was literally dismantled, they could not even provide that back to me. Do not trust this place, or their parent company Asurion.

We created our claim through our cell phone company. We were directed to this store. We arrived once it opened. Hailey looked up our claim. She told us to comeback in 4 hours. We came back and our phone was fixed. She literally saved our lives. We commute to work so having a cell phone is a must. Thank you Hailey for your professionalism, friendliness and service.
