Terrible customer service by management. A sign was posted for shampoo that was on sale. Apparently the sale had ended two days ago and they had not taken down the sign. Instead of honoring the price ($4 difference so not a big deal for me but frustrating because of the principal of good customer service), they refused and said they couldn’t. I know managers have the ability to override prices and honor the posted price since it was their mistake, but she chose not to and was quite curt about it. I will never shop at this ulta again. People are buying more and more online and with terrible customer service, this just drives consumers to shop more online and not with this company.

Last night I went to Ulta. The beauty helper was great but once I got to the register the young gal that helped me was very rude to her coworker in front of customers which was very UNPROFESSIONAL! Putting people down in front of others really shows your age. This is very disappointing!

I love going to Ulta. I have been to many different locations in different states, and I must say every time I come into this particular store I am appalled.The service is extremely disappointing and the products and items on the shelves are never stocked, there’s make-up smeared on everything, including the products you’re trying to buy, there was even a bottle of vitamins that I’ve been looking to purchase and there was only one left and I noticed on the front, it had foundation smeared on it so I happened to open it up just to make sure it wasn’t compromised and it was. I have included photos from the store , and it’s disgusting! Not to mention, I have to check everything that I buy because mostly every time I grab a product it’s already been opened and used and put back is if it were brand new. The staff should be checking these things and taking the opened items off the shelf!Every time I come in, they’re always out of everything and the items on the shelf are never restocked even though it says they have it in the store on the app. The employees also like to visit with each other and gossip instead of helping the customers or cleaning the store or restocking, or organizing the shelves which is part of their job.I hate coming to this store. I wish there was another one I could go to that was closer. The employees are also rude with the exception of maybe one or two that are actually doing their job. Corporate needs to pay them a visit and do a complete flush of the store and it’s staff.

Management here needs to learn respect to customers, along with the employees. I tried calling for a managers number to make a complaint due to a MANAGER and employee laughing at me for trying to return a perfume? The employee on the phone did not want to help and was quick to end the phone call. For future customers, the manger is kinda tall, she has braces not thin nor super big. She's usually there in the night. I wish I got more details but I stormed out in anger due to her laughing at me with about 4 employees surrounding her.Please don't come here all I wanted to do was return my perfume for a new one. Didn't think I'd get bullied by a woman triple my age for it ... (the man in the picture was the one who laughed at me with her manager)

I had a fabulous experience. Yesenia from Clinique was knowledgeable, took the time to explain products to me, and was never pushy. I had a great interaction with her and she deserves a raise! I will absolutely be back. Thank you Yesenia for a wonderful experience.

Always greeted when walking in but can never find someone who is available to help. It seems like the employees who are knowledgeable about the products are vague and short with their answers to questions. Or they don't know. Always clean and plenty of items to choose from.

Worst experience going there. It was my first and last time I will be coming here, no one assists with anything, i had to go look for someone to get me what I need because everything is locked up. It's not like they're low on staff when all of their staff was hanging around.

The cashier kyanah was really really rude! I just bought a some items she told me were on sail ,when I bought them and realized I didn’t want the items I purchased and tried to return them she was really rude and sed I ruined the item, when I just bought it 15 minutes ago !!! And refused to give me my money back or exchange it .

Ellie - Master Stylist is the BEST!!!! Professional. Nice. Listens. Extremely talented! The Ulta store itself is unclean, unorganized with items and trash all over the floor, products knocked down and the restrooms really dirty. Customer Service needs to be on point and is not.

When I go I don't ask, it's a little embarrassing since I don't understand much English, but this time I do want to say that I've asked several times and they treat me kindly and they helped me a lot and in my language, Spanish, one of them was called Daniela was kind and told me which were the best products since she just made me some highlights and my hair was quite processed and mistreated. She recommended a very good treatment, I thank her, because my hair came back to life, thank you Daniela for your help. Thank you for taking your time calmly and being kind to tell me. I think they should reward people like this so that they make an effort and do their job better so the store sells and earns more and they will have more satisfied customers who are happy to shop at Ulta It is not mandatory but it is nice when you are received with a smile and a warm and friendly treatment that motivates me to return and buy again in those places

The staff at this location are amazing! Store Manager Suzi personally assisted me in selecting a new perfume. The store was super clean and really inviting.
