Took package into store in Visalia Ca on Mooney Blvd. Friday 7-25-2025 at 12:30 p.m. and paid shipping charges an given a receipt with tracking number. Now Monday and all tracking says is shipping label created, but UPS hasn't received the package and tracking will be updated when they receive it? They received it that day in person! Called the UPS store to ask where my package is and they had absolutely NO clue. Kept asking me the same questions over and over. Very poor service. Typical of UPS. I should have known better than to go to UPS.

I recently called for a simple question of how much to ship a 4x4x4 120 pound package and was put on hold. I waited for over 30 minutes and sent my fiance down cause I'm in the hospital to check the store to see if they just forgot and she said the store was clear when she got there. So I hung up at 3:02 and called and asked wy I was left on hold and was told we were so so super busy sir! I said okay what i should be doing is going to fed ex across the street like I have been because my buisness is now delayed again by ups. And I asked for her name and she refused. I asked for a manger and she refused, she said her name was Alyssa but would not tell me how to spell it or give me an employee number and told me I need to call back Monday because there is no managers. Also I'm she told me I'm not allowed to record my own calls. And proceeds to hang up on me not 1 time but 3 times. I filed a complaint with the ethics department like I told her and I will be taking my buisness directly across the street at fed x for this transaction so my customers can remain HAPPY!!!
Update I get this response im not here to argue with a child. You litteraly just confirmed you are a liar by saying you are the store manager because when I asked I was told to call back Monday to talk to a manager. So please don't respond to my review and try and argue with a customer. That is totally making you look bad. I'm just a consumer you are over defending yourself for no reason. Ups ethics investigations have taken over for this complaint at your store thank you. If you would like a reference number for that complaint. You will be receiving it by mail or by phone call within 3 buisness days.

Excellent customer service, they take the time to figure it out if they don’t know the answer. I would strongly recommend this location and speak to either ADRI, SERENA or ALYSSA exceptional.

Terrible experience visiting this store. Go anywhere else, my mom sent my a package from Texas for my birthday - and I had a text from my mom, email, tracking number, address, every detail you could imagine. Only thing is I only had the new official mobile version of my ID not the physical copy and they didn't accept it. Such terrible customer service and absolutely terrible mangement

Tried to pickup my package that i requested to get picked up here since it was originally gonna get shipped to my old address and they wouldn’t release it to me although i have the tracking number , all because my name doesn’t match, it was still my name it was just my nickname short for my full name , then i called and told them that under the pickup instructions it says that if my last name and address don’t match i could show the tracking id to receive my package and they said that still wouldn’t work because they have to follow their own guidelines because they’re franchise ? hello it was literally from the ups website and it stated that it was for ups pickup point locations , which is what’s located at this address ? i just think they were doing the most like it’s obviously my package , i have proof of the order number , tracking number , don’t know why they make up their own “guidelines” just because they’re franchise when in the pickup instructions it never says that it excludes franchise locations but okay
