If you’re dropping off a package, make sure you get a receipt. Some of their staff do the least & your package won’t get scanned in until the next day.

I had to move my PO box to this location due to my packages being stolen (yes, “stolen” from my secure, locked PO box..) at the Beech Ave location. So far, I have had no issues at all + the clerks have been very nice and helpful.

Worst Post Office !! ? it’s 10.30 and still don’t have the mail sorted !! I have a key to a P.O. Box and yet they thought they can ask me for ? some people are so lost ?

How do you have a Post Office with no Mailbox outside!!! As a traveler, we go to a post office to mail our post cards. We expect a post office to have a mailbox outside, so we can mail our cards whether you are open or not! We Google Post Office, follow directions, and No Mailbox!Big disappointment and waste of time.

Super friendly employees. Their busiest times are during lunch and around 2-2:30 when people are trying to mail stuff out before last call but I love that they have a kiosk where you can pay/print a label and drop it off and avoid the long line. I go in 5 days a week to pick up/drop off mail and they greet me almost every time.

Staff are amazing here. Great customer service & this place gets busy. Seventeen years using this PO back when I say Visalia was relatively less populated. Mail boxes are $83 for 6 mos so you do the math. Don't try to get your mail pass 9pm tho, cuz all customer access is locked down.
