Rented a 5x5 storage unit online and was quoted $48 monthly, when I attempted to store my belongings I discovered that the unit was actually 3.5x4.5. The attendant came over, I measured for him so that he could confirm the ACTUAL size, he apologized and gave me a different 5x5. The shelf that I was storing 4.5’ wide, fit in this one. The attendant said great I’ll redo your paperwork, brought it over and I signed. Wellll….just got my 1st bill and it is $16 more than the original almost $200 difference. Called the main customer service dept to question as to why the deviation from the original quote and was told that it was being escalated to a regional manager….its been 4 days and still waiting for a response. UPDATE. ANOTHER rent INCREASE. From $48 in may to $84 In September. This facility is NOT in good standing with the Better Business Bureau (just looked myself) Once again attempting to contact a real person with real solutions. Nothing Yet.

Before coming to the storage I needed a unit because I had all my stuff in a u haul. Raymond went above and beyond to help me get situated . I truly appreciate him.

Edit 8/18/24: Doesn't want to keep customers long term. Raised my rent 2-3 time in a little over a year getting to double (yes double) of what I originally started with. Was able to go literally next door, a cleaner, better kept facility, and get the same size unit for less the half of what they raised my rent to.

Raymond is so helpful! I was welcomed into the office and he asked me my needs and we discussed some options. Then he took me around to a few vacant units so i could select the one i liked. Every time i go by my unit, Raymond says hello and makes you feel right at home. I appreciate your customer service via Raymond, very much!!

I got kicked out on my first day after being there for 2 to 3 minutes over an issue this should have not been really that big of a deal but they made it a big deal and even called the cops on me when I didn't want to leave but why would I want to leave when I just got there and I had not had a chance to put my stuff inside of the unit? The general manager guy is a real piece of work he was extremely judgmental towards me and accused me of being homeless or vagrant when I am not. I cannot describe how badly I was treated it was probably the worst experience doing business with anybody in my life. they also said that if I did not go back to get my stuff immediately that they would throw it away but turns out I actually have 24 hours. It was just a really overall bad experience and all I wanted to do was go put a few things inside my storage unit also the storage unit was very very dirty a lot of spider webs and dust bunnies flying outside as soon as I opened the door. I was really surprised by that.

Raymond was SUPER HELPFUL, answered all questions we had & let us know about any promotions available, showed us the units we were thinking about so we knew exactly the size & were sure we were getting just what we needed. Not to mention the promotions where great!

It was so easy to get the storage unit, all over the phone. Then it’s behind a locked gate that needs a code to get by for safety. There was always someone onsite in the office if you needed something. It was also very easy to cancel once we moved out. All in All they make it very simple and secure to rent a storage unit. I recommend them for all your storage needs.
