The only salon I could find that would just wash and blow dry my hair, and then straighten it because I have a broken back and can’t do it myself. I am incredibly grateful for this salon and the girls that worked there and the gentleman.!!! thank you so much for coming through for me

My hair is very damaged . JR I believe his name was singed so much of my hair at one point I see him throw a glob of my hair in trash . He knew he left those chemicals in my hair way too long. I was there about six hours which he told me I’d be about 2 to 3 hours Yes I have extremely long hair. My hair was practically virgin hair and he ruined it and I’ve been looking at it every day since and I held back on doing this because I don’t like putting negativity into the environment, but if I can save somebody with long hair from having their hair singed from product mind you was mixing it with the same brush he was applying in my hair, just pouring powder right in front of me next to where he’s doing my hair, not going to a sink, not measuring not properly mixing just lapping this powder uneven mixture all in my hair and left it for over 4 hours . And I tipped him which of course if I was satisfied with a job, I wouldn’t even bring that up, but it just hurts. I spent a total of $170 and he knew he ruined my hair sent me home with the bonding cream. I’ll never go back. I just wish the owner would have done something she was there she seen what was going on and she has beautiful hair. My hair is melted ruined just finished every time I shower and wash my hair. It just is a bunch of dead hair that tangles up.and frizzes ever since. Sad 😔 thought going to a professional place I would get professional treatment.

I took my 2 little girls here for a hair cut and color and just a cut and I was so happy! From the minute I walked into this place the “vibe” was it for me! Everyone was so warm and welcoming! I really enjoyed my time here and I didn’t even get a cut lol just watching my 2 girls be taken care of was it for me!
My oldest got a bleachy blonde Abercrombie highlights haha idk the tech term. But the stylist I wish I knew his name (I have his card in the car) was amazing! Very kind and very professional! Always asked my permission before doing anything to her hair. I respected that soooo much! TY!!!
My youngest whom is autistic and very timid got just a wash and a hair cut. He was gentle and great with her! She didn’t cry not once! Amazing! I’m just so happy with your guys service yesterday! I wasn’t expecting to leave feeling so satisfied! And for the price!!!

March 12,2024 stylist Jr did some highlights left me n left in his vehicle for a while when he came back my hair was falling off, big strands were just falling off my head. He tried to correct it adding more chemicals from many tubes and just made it worse. He made me loose half my hair. The back of my head is half bald. When I told the owner the next day he didn't seem surprised he just said that Jr would pay for a mask for my hair but it's a do it yourself. I need a lawyer, I really want to sue the heck outa them. Inexperienced fools..

I called to make an appointment and the girl who answered made fun of my lisp. She said, "whath can we help you wiff Donald" i said, "donald?" And she said, "oh thorry I thought thith wath Donald duck" . I audibly gasped. And she hung up.

Went for a hair color for my gray hair, the owner Violet inspected it, i paid $100 and sent me out the door, went to my car and was suprised to see the mess they made, i went back in and ask them to clean it up. Very unprofessional work. Dont go here. It was a waste of money and time.

The guy who do my hair he was very very awful unprofessional this is not the first time I do a perm he put me not facing the mirror put he was pulling my hair too much and the cubicles weren't over my face he didn't give me a call the later because the chemicals went to my eye and then erase my hair he use cold water I haven't had that before always just warm water the guy I was never ever ever asking for him again if I ever go to this place the rest of the girls there were fairly they keep their place is clean so I'm not saying anything about this girls and the little man he was beautiful because he was too busy he asked him to help him and another side of my hair no more he even did style my hair she let it what and put some kind of moose and ask me for it not worth it $100 for the work he did he do not supposed to have that kind of money instead of a sharing with a beauty salon he put it in his pocket I'm saying he's not very professional I'm sorry that I went to this place I hope the manager see this and either fire him or be more professional bad bad experience he does not even desert one star

Its been almost a year and my hair has not yet recovered. I paid this lady 140 bucks plus a twenty dollar tip (because I'm a good person) for a half head hair dye and two colors that looked like just one color. Top it off she bleached my hair twice even after I told her I hadn't had my hair died in ten years. All the hair was completely grown out. I had shiny dark brown hair. Now I have orange dry brittle hair. Not to mention she was eating while doing my hair and doubled booked my appt. It took her about five hours to complete my appt. her name was angie

The young girl named Victoria won't give me back my money back, and I canceled within 1 month ahead of time. Definitely not people understanding!
