The most inefficient understaffed and slow service. They don't answer phones and are rude. Unfortunately they are preferred by insurance and no other pharmacies around seem to be better. It just blows here in the valley.

Scheduled a Covid booster shot online, filled out a paperwork so I would be ready when my time came up. Got there at 12:35 for a 12:45 appointment. Sat there for about 20 minutes waiting while 5 people were in the pharmacy office. Why offer online times when you don't honor them? Grateful for the free vaccination, but my time is important as anyone else. Not a good experience, I see I'm not the only one.

This review is pharmacy specific... the staff is very kind and personable, but the speed of service to fill a prescription needs significant improvement; I don't expect light speed either... and I feel 4-6 hours is doable... but waiting over 24 hours to have an RX filled for respiratory issues and infection... is not okay.

The absolute worst costumer service staff at the Pharmacy. The associate was very rude. I won't be recommending anyone here.

just left this store, decided to cancel my transaction, due to the rudeness of the sales cashier, a fat, dark skin man with glasses. He's really rude and demanding, has horrible customer service. He asked for my rewards card, I entered it, and he says things like "do you want one or not?" What kind of rude crap is that. I work for a large corporation and I also do sales and customer service and I would never speak to any customer that way. I would always say something like, "sir, would you like to take advantage of our rewards program?" This fat, dark skin man needs to take some customer service classes. If I was his manager and heard him talk to customers in such a disrespectful and low class manner, I would fire him on the spot.

Drug addict sales associate using drugs in the parking lot. Uhm, NO THANKS. I ended up putting my stuff down and leaving because the same employee made nasty comments about a woman and her bf. That is disgusting behavior. You should be ashamed of yourselves hiring people that do that kind of stuff! When I asked the workers name she was very rude and said "why do you want to know that?" I will NOT be returning to this store.

Although this location is a good change from the Walnut location, the drive thru for the Pharmacy is still equally, if not "more" long of a wait then the Walnut location. I even had to come back the next day for my meds because the wait in the drive thru was long "and not moving" mind you. Even when i went inside their was a line and no one at the register. What made we want to come to this location was the pharmacist. He was super helpful the time we called to ask about getting a refill for my prescription. Walnut was no help and were even rude to a point where i think my wife and i had enough with that pharmacy. I don't want to say it was the pharmacy for the reason we waited almost 20 minutes in the drive thru at 10:00am, i want to blame the lady in front of us who even happened to wait until the worker came back to the window to hand back her meds and eventually leave the drive thru lol. Will keep everyone updated on how overall this location is and how interacting with the pharmacy again is. I still think this spot is better than Walnut lol.

Worst PCR test for Hawaii trip. We took our test on Sunday for our flight on Wednesday in compliance with the 72 hrs requirement but we missed our flight cause we've been calling the Aegies labs but they haven't receive our test samples. It is best to take your test at the airport and schedule in advance they have the 1 hr, 3-5 hrs, and 24 hrs PCR test.

Could this be a fairytale review, one might think so because it begins.....Once upon a time in Visalia.....a little ole lady drove up to the pharmacy window to pick up her Rx.....Celena explained very kindly that there was a slight hiccup and I could not receive my prescription at that time......or....I could go inside to the counter where Miss Celena would be eager to help.....Well since I didn't have a fairy godmother to change me into a lady not in her gardening clothes.....off I went back to my castle to dress appropriately.....Upon my return, Miss Celena greeted me by my first name, (awwwww, she remembered) with the biggest smile behind her mask, (one knows this by the twinkle in her eyes) proceeded to be cordial, kind, competent, and an asset to Walgreens' pharmacy department. I picked up my Rx, got back into my horse drawn carriage and was home before the bewitching hour.....and I didn't even lose a glass slipper.....Thanx Miss Celena for a refreshing experience!.......The End

I work at Walgreens and its the best job I've ever had, we have an amazing team and pharmacy team. I highly recommend everyone to come by and see us!
